Let me educate you a little bit, people don't leave their own towns and villages to migrate into poor and poverty areas, it makes no sense, you migrate into Yoruba land because you are poor, desperate and willing to do anything to survive.


If there's really poverty in Ibadan, Akure and other Yoruba cities, they should be the ones migrating into your imaginary rich and powerful iboland for survival instead of you and past generations migrating into Yorubaland.

This is basic economic theory and dynamics...

Peter Obi rehabilitated over 90% of the existing roads and built hundreds of new ones. All communities in Anambra have multiple interlinking roads. Journey from any community in Anambra to Awka the capital is an average of 15 mins. He therefore succeeded in opening up access the capital thereby reducing rural-urban migration within the state.
He also rehabilitated all the state primary and post primary schools complete with teachers quarters and deployed state of the art ICT equipments to all schools and bought brand new busses for them. He then handed back the ones owned by the churches back to them for their total control but the state government pays their salaries.
This complete overhaul of government schools was what birthed excellence being manifested by public secondary schools since the part 5 years in public exams and interstate school competitions.
These are the two areas he performed excellently. All Anambra people that visit home will attest to this.
