Awka has always been bad. Neither Peter's not Obiano's fault. I'd rather blame Ezeife and Mbadinuju more than I'll blame our present leaders. Believe me, I know they're trying. Peter tried by dualizing zik avenue. I hope you know that. And many of the internal roads in okpuna, commissioners quarters, Ifite axis, ngozika, isusniocha, and a host of others were tarred by Peter. I know all these because I've seen Awka during Peter's time and now. With the exception of the express way and the wonderful flyovers, Willie has not tarred any other road in Awka. Again, I don't blame him. Economy is tough. But here is what I expect from him... He should try to maintain the ones tarred by Peter. Many of them need some maintenance. For example... Ifite road leading to Unizik. That's the worst tarred road in Awka and it's a major road that leads to one of Nigeria's leading universities. But it has been left damaged floor nearly two years, if not more.

Please I'm not pro Peter, and I'm not anti Willie. I'm just an Anambra indigene who wants a more beautiful state capital so that when I chest best, I can proudly say my state is the best. Yes, I'm a proud chest beater. I live and breathe Anambra.

This is not unbelievable as the court gave a clear directive on the matter. Ikpeazu has the right to appeal the judgment but he is also to obey the subsisting order if at the end of the day his appeal is adjudicated and he wins he will come back. The high court judge gave succinct unambiguous ruling on the matter.

At a time in Nigeria's history when a first degree is gradually becoming like SSCE certificate due to the abundance higher degrees; PhDs n Msc both locally n foreign trained. At this same time, public opinion or choice has attained it's highest ridiculous dimension. For a man that went across the country for campaign and spoke less than 5 min in each, you still find supposedly educated persons singing the praises of him as being not just the best but messaih of Nigeria. How? On what grounds? Even when details of his gross incompetence in management, corrupt deeds and nepotic tendencies were laid bare during the campaign, people still didn't listen. Youths gifted in eloquence and writing were all over the social media fabricating eulogies and bare face lies to sell him to wilful ignorant Nigerians . Over a year now, they are still gallivanting around finding who to blame for this avoidable disaster we've found ourselves in the person of a president. We still hear people say he is a good man but surrounded by bad persons. I beg to differ please. Buhari is our problem! Very sad
