[s] Omeife2: if you knew anything about what transpired in Rivers State, you would not be quick to comment. Amaechi in a bid to revive shacks like this became the enemy of our dear first lady. Meanwhile, Nembe is not in rivers State, but our Presidents own Bayelsa. [/s] |

onojiwizardgmailcom: late Hugo Chavez also had the same problems, thought in his time it was less pronounced, because oil price was good. If late Hugo Chavez was still alive today he would have had the same issues. I would seriously urge Nigerians to be ready for hard times if oil prices, don't at least get up to $80 per barrel soon, the new government will have to make a lot of cuts and probably raise taxes. Nigerians need to pray for Elon Musk to fail, with his battery technology. If his battery storage works, then God help this country. |

johnie: This is one of the countries Nigerians are quick to point to when removal or reduction of oil subsidy is suggested.
The scarcity of basic needs in that country is phenomenal!
They have even introduced a '666-like' smartcards to track citizens' purchase of these lacking essentials.
If only Nigerians could see and appreciate the full picture. |

For the record, my mum just don't know how to spell Economics, she teaches economics. what about yours Mr too know? This was public information, but Nigerians are too lazy to read. The monthly allocation was published by the ministry. |

[s] LKO: Warri/Delta province and Edo would not be part of Biafra struggle, when the chips are down, we would certainly realign with our yoruba brethren in south west Nigeria. The Aniomas in Delta can be part of Biafra, but the Urhubos, Itskekiris, Edos have always being brothers to the Yorubas and it would remain so for ever. [/s] |

calebo101: The "sophisticated" haters and tribalist can now stick their useless bigot opinion up their ass.
Egocentricity and ethnicity has really eaten deep into the society such that it is now exported abroad. A man in America moved for an honorary degree conferred on Okonja to be withdrawn for flimsy and useless reasons. When you think such deluded characters are few you get surprised to know up to 5000 votes has been garnered. All stemming from pure hatred!!
Wonder why they tell you only Adesina (GEJ Agric minister) performed very well and the rest performed poorly? Wonder why they tell you Jonathan is the worst president alive and Obasanjo is an agent of change?
Wonder why Fashola is the best Governor Nigeria has ever known and Akpabio must be a thief? I keep on asking myself, why people want this hell call Nigeria. When separation will bring us so much peace. |

Any SS that believes this hogwash is a CAPITAL FOOL! Igbos have lived peacefully with us as neighbors for thousands of years; they did not invade or conquer our land. Even after the war and they had nothing...did they invade us to take our oil? They went around doing their business and coexisting peacefully with us. Instead Hausas and Yorubas are the ones taking our oil. Some of us are certified FOOLS. Use your brain now! Nobody believes him, just the regular NL pretenders. I normally ignore them. |
