Okay... Out of tye completeness of the Qur'an is its referance to the hadith... So, the fact that the Qur'an asks for the hadith to be followed, its complete. Yours is just to look into that hadith and know what it says.
Its no brainer okay?
The Qur'an said something which means, "follow Allah and his messenger cus he doesn't speak of his own will except what is inspired to him". So, you check what Allah said in the Qur'an and you follow it. And he ordered us to follow the hadith too, and you will also follow it. So, automatically it's complete

Surah 3:32, 3:50, 3:132 l, 64:12 among many other verses says "Obey Allah and his messenger". Surah 33:34 among many other verses also said "recite in your houses from the verse of Allah and hikmah (i.e., the hadith)".
Surah 53:3 and 4 says, "And he does not speak from his own desire. Except that which is revealed to him".
The verse prophet said, "I've left for you two things, if you hold on to them, you will never go astray, the book of Allah and my sunnah (hadith)"

You're not a Muslim, you don't do research, so, how would you know that the same way tge Qur'an is adhered to, the hadith also is adhered to? You don't even know that the Qur'an and the hadith are both revealed but in different manners.

The verses are clear...

I'm really tired, if only you know how I feel every time I come home from school seeing the pot holes, and over and above that, I leave around Hengee-Rondo area, you know how bad our road is? I'm talking about Ikotun road. Almost break down when I couldn't find it on the list the other guy listed. This road is very old and it supposed to be taken care if a long time ago. To me, If this road is not renovated even If they renovate every other road, for as long as this road is not renovated, then this administration has failed
