I had a feeling it was a similar situation when I saw your request. I just didn't know how dire the situation was.

It beats my imagination how one would witness this and the situation I described in the VIN Tampering thread and still be against the VIN being provided upfront for preliminary investigation.

The elderly gentleman, unfortunately, failed to do his due diligence, for whatever reason, it could simply be a case of poor preparation before purchasing a vehicle in Nigeria.

I have no issues with the price. The seller may choose to ask for 4 million NGN after factoring in repair costs, if he so wishes, as long as he has fully disclosed the history of the vehicle and provided the VIN. Sellers with ridiculous prices often get regulated by market forces after their vehicles sit unsold for long periods due to the high prices.

Make no mistake about it, the bulk of the responsibility lies with the morally bankrupt seller for failing to fully disclose the history of this vehicle and probably for taking undue advantage of the elderly gentleman.

Very unfortunate.

Webmasters / Re: Bulk SMS A Great Marketing Tools For All Firm And Industries! by AudacityBoss: 4:26pm On Feb 06, 2017
upsms247:
Despite the boom in smartphones and mobile internet, SMS remains one of the most effective methods of mobile marketing. In this guide we’ll take a closer look at SMS marketing services and providers, delving into why the method still very relevant, how to best choose a provider/gateway, how to start a campaign and how to best leverage SMS to achieve your marketing goals. We’ve also got interviews with some of the biggest movers and shakers in the SMS marketing world and a directory of the top SMS marketing agencies and platforms.
Technology is changing the face of SMS marketing everyday with new and innovative means of reaching the consumers. New means of communication have made it easier to reach and connect with potential customers. Bulk SMS services are one such novel tool that aid marketing. In a world where mobile phones are omnipresent and almost all segments of the population have access to them, bulk SMS services are proving to be an effective and cheap means of advertisement especially for small/big businesses.

Seven(7) Facts That Makes Bulksms Relevant and Reliable.

1) Instant Deliverability: SMS is lightning fast, literally putting your message into your subscribers’ pockets or purses seconds after you send. The average time for all mobile carriers and SMS services is less than 7 seconds from send to received. However, other marketing strategies are also incredibly fast, but nothing compares to the swiftness of SMS.
2) High Open Rate: Compared to email marketing, SMS has a staggeringly high open rate. Essentially, almost every SMS sent is opened (and read), whereas only a fraction of emails sent are read. When a subscriber feels that buzz in their pocket or hears that trill signaling a text message, they always look. In some cases, text messages are automatically opened, where emails aren’t. Subscribers have a choice to open your email.
3) High Conversion Rate: With SMS, there is an incredibly high rate of subscriber action. Whatever your SMS is – promotions or contests – there is more action taken compared to any other marketing or promotion strategies.
4) Reliable: Unlike email, SMS doesn’t have to battle against spam or other email filters. If anything, SMS is more of a direct connection to your customer base than any other marketing strategy, and there aren’t any barriers.
5) Short Messages: Though this is a challenge for some businesses, the 160-character length of SMS is a boon for marketing. It forces you to be clear and concise. Instead of having your subscribers slog through content that isn’t always relevant, SMS gets to the point immediately without anything that is unnecessary.
6) Cool Factor: A large demographic of consumers have abandoned the email and have turned to text messages. Show your client list that you are keeping up with the technology by sending targeted promotions via text. It will give your company a head start in winning the battle for the next generation of shoppers. This can be a great strategy for small/big businesses who are looking to create a buzz.
7) Limitless Market Potential: Do you even know how many mobile phones are out there? An absolutely ridiculous amount. And since mobile phones and text messaging especially, are the way that people communicate now, there isn’t any reason why you can’t tap into this virtually limitless market potential. Mobile phone users represent all demographics – a marketing gold mine!

Webmasters / Re: How I Got My Adsense With Just 24 Posts On A New Website Of Just 2 Weeks Old! by AudacityBoss: 12:50am On Nov 09, 2015
worldstevo:
I believe the two posters above must be amateurs; you don't even know the proper way to verify that someone has an adsense account.
You think its by the providing you with a Url of the website were the adsense is placed? Don't you know that there is what they call Google Doubleclick which is a premium version of adsense and its similar to it .i can easily deceive you with that as i have it also. Besides, i could supply you the an adsense website belonging to my friend and how would this be proof.

Mr. there are many things that can be proven with the URL.
Like the age of the domain (as you said it is a new domain name with newly built word press website that has never been used before), the number of posts I'm assuming its less than 100.

I'm not much of an amateur, bro, I am AudacityBoss smiley

From what I can deduce from your screenshot.
1. You are probably S*****y U**h and the website is probably www.walkileaks.com
2. The website was registered on Dec 31, 2014 (which means it is over 10 months old) and actually displays adsense ads.
3. Now what I can't tell is if you received the approval email in January 2015 which will justify your 2 weeks 3 days claim.

I also did notice that the website (www.walkileaks.com) does use the Schema theme but I really don't see each post coming with a picture as you recommended.

On another note, the website was "AMATEURISHLY" built, I could build a much better site for you in less than an 1hr (check www.audacity.com.ng)

But I did see some things that got my eyebrows raised for a while but I still dey vex with you since you called me an amateur angry so I won't give you any more compliments. cheesy

Also note: Endeavour to give the client what he/she asks for. Whether or not you think its the right approach.

Kindly let me have the URL if WalkILeaks.com ain't it.

I've got your number and might call you.
