@ Otokx....You don't seem to get the point. People who graduated with first class honours were awarded scholarships to study up to PhD level at any school of their choice in any part of the world! There was no obligation / bond whatsoever. For the Gov to just wake up one day and suspend the scheme is totally wrong and irresponsible! Delta State has the wherewithal to fund the various scholarship scheme Gov. Uduaghan put in place! #OkowaReturnOurScholarship |
