Unfortunately, with SINP, your educational qualification must match your work experience. sisicanada: Hello House, Please I need insights into a question I have concerning Saskatchewan Provincial Stream.
Current Situation: I am looking to apply to Saskatchewan Nominee Program(Express Entry Stream). I meet all the requirement to qualify to apply for EOI to the province and upon doing the Pre evaluation I have a 66 points.
However there is a requirement that states that my NOC Code must match my Post Secondary Studies. My BSc and Msc is in Agricultural science but I have been working as a Operation Risk Analyst in a FinTech.
1) Please is it possible to use Certifications Instead to back up my Choice of NOC? 2) If yes, I can use certification, Please I will appreciate recommendations on certifications & Certification bodies that I can use which will be recognized by WES.
I will appreciate any advise/ Insight I can get to best handle this. |

You may need to do a LoE stating that you were paid in cash.... If the PIT is government issued, I think you should be fine. incofab: Good people, I have a serious challenge.
I'm claiming 7 years experience in my SINP application. I can get all the Offer Letter, Reference Letter and Payslips from the company but there's no PAYE or bank statement for the payments I received over the years (It was irregularly paid, sometimes in cash and most times paid from the owners private account).
My question is can I Personal Income Tax (PIT) Clearance Certificate serve as the "Government Issue Document" for proof of work experience knowing that PIT Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) does not bear the name of the company that you're working for in the Certificate.
Please help, I need answers urgently. |

No. For Saskatchewan, your PoF must be at least 90 days before you apply....NOT one day less SurvTessy: Guys please help 🙏 I have been searching for provinces that has my occupation (Land Surveyor) in their occupation demand list, I came across Saskatchewan PNP, it has my occupation, it doesn't have connection to the province compulsory, I can apply directly to them for nomination, as in everything was falling into place and I was so elated only for me to go further to see the 90 days of pof at the time of application. Oh my God 😔 the whole good mood dropped. Guys please any suggestions or help will go a long way. Is there anything that can be done around that 90 days stuff? Thanks for reading the long write up. I appreciate your timely response. |

It was PR. Caregiver PR aurorae1: Ask if it's PR. Those with temporary visas i.e. work permit, visitor, tourist, study visas etc get theirs faster as it's stamped here in Nigeria (Abuja), a week is the norm. PR passports that leave VFS Lagos/Abuja aren't stamped in the country. |

Someone I know said someone got their passport back in a week! (Lagos) aurorae1: 4 to 8 weeks on average. They've been having better turnaround these days so it's on the quicker side for returns. 4 to 5 weeks. |

samsamme: Hello everyone, please I need help with the following request from SINP PNP. Currently, I am a Web Developer working in the UK. Also got a canada study visa but still holding back for the SINP decision which is taking like a year, Last week I got an ADR request on Proof of Fund which I uploaded. Today I got another ADR as per the below. checking on the CIPS website, I’m seeing that licensing could take up to 6months and I have got only 10days to submit request.
Any info on what to do will be appreciated please:
You have indicated in your Expression of Interest Profile that your intended occupation is NOC 21234-Webdevelopers and programmers. This NOC currently requires professional status and licensure in Saskatchewan. Provide documentation from the Canadian Association of Information Technology Professionals (CIPS) showing your: •Candidate Membership as an Associate Information Technology Professional (AITP); or •Certified Membership as an Information Systems Professional (I.S.P); or •Certified Membership as an Information Technology Certified Professional of Canada (ITCP) For more information, visit the provincial regulator the Canadian Association of Information Technology Professionals Saskatchewan Once they ask for the ADR for PoF, it is about 95% certain you will be nominated. As for the CIPS membership, I'd advise that you initiate the registration process and do a LoE to tell them that you'd be done with the registration within the required timeframe, before you get into Sask. |

I have....and have applied online already. But there is no form of communication or feedback from their end. Support lines not connecting and they are not responding to their mails either. The least they can do is to be responsive after paying 50k for transcript. mohrayo: Read my question please!
Check on google and see the process.if that doesn't help ,you will get someone who will explain to you.all the best! |
