RomanceHow To Know If You Are In A Healthy Relationship by aulmatro(op): 5:44pm On Apr 09, 2015
Relationships are a necessary part of our existence. However, relationships can be healthy or unhealthy. Healthy relationships contribute to our overall well-being while an unhealthy relationship does the exact opposite. There are different things that point to whether a relationship is healthy or not. To tell if your relationship is healthy or not ask yourself these questions:

1. What does he/she bring out of me? The quality of your relationship revolves around what you become by it. How is the relationship impacting you? Note this is not about the other person forcing you to change who you already are. In a healthy relationship, you don’t feel forced to change who you are but rather inspired to make needed changes. In other words, it does not try to fix you but rather help you fix yourself. A true partner knows your weakness but shows you your strengths. Feels your fears, but fortifies your faith. Sees your anxieties, but frees your spirit. Recognizes your disability, but emphasizes your possibilities.

2. What does he/ she think of me? What your partner thinks of you really matters. It tells or determines the value he or she places in such a relationship. And we usually give quality attention and care to whatever we value. Does he/she see you as a plus in his/her life? Relationship works when it involves mutual contribution. If your partner does not...http://successflame.com/relationship/how-to-know-if-you-are-in-a-healthy-relationship/

Jobs/Vacancies10 Strategic Job Search Tips For Every Fresh Graduate by aulmatro(op): 7:26pm On Mar 26, 2015
Job search could be a great challenge for many fresh graduates and a nightmare to some others. However, if you take strategic steps, you could be on your way to landing your first job sooner than you think.

Here are 10 strategic job search tips that will give you an edge and increase your chances of getting a job sooner than you think.

1. Change Your Attitude: Don’t start your job search with the mindset that there are no jobs. There are jobs out there. Your attitude usually matters and influences the outcome of your pursuit. The statistics of unemployment rate may have made you to believe that there are no jobs. However, many companies are still on the lookout for the right candidates. The first tip is to have the mindset that there is still job out there for the right candidates. What you should now think of is “how can I be the right candidate”?

2. Start Your Job Hunting Early: Many graduates’ starts think that the search for a job begins after they graduate. I think this is a wrong approach. You should be able to be clear on the kind of jobs you want. Start gathering facts about companies you would like to work for, what is required to work for such companies etc. right before you graduate. Success in job search is ultimately based on the level of information you have. The more informed you are the better your chances.

3. Give Attention To Your Resume/CV and Cover Letter: One thing I would like to make you understand here is that there is nothing like a perfect CV. But your Resume/CV should be impressive. The major purpose of a Resume/CV is to get you an interview appointment.

However, you need to bear the following in mind;
-Your CV should be relevant to the job you are applying for. Don’t use one CV for all your job applications. Tailor-make your CV to be specific to each job you are applying for.

-Make it clear, concise and honest.

-Provide key information like personal details, including name, address, phone number, and email address. However, information like age, Political, Gender, Or Religious preferences are not needed unless otherwise specified as a requirement.

-Highlight your skills/strengths, achievements and...http://successflame.com/career/10-strategic-job-search-tips-for-every-fresh-graduate/

FamilyParenting Tips: 5 Things Your Child Needs To Be A Successful Adult by aulmatro(op): 6:46pm On Mar 25, 2015
Children need the basics of life – like food, warmth, shelter and clothing. However the goal of parenting is not just to provide these basics but also to ensure sound mental, physical, moral, emotional and spiritual development of your child.

There are subtle yet very important needs that are connected to the overall sound development of your child.

Here are 5 parenting tips that center on the core needs of your child. Meeting these needs will enable him be the best he/she can be later on in life.

They Need Unconditional Love
The amount of love children receive while growing up has tremendous impact in their lives. It improves their emotional and physical health. I am not talking about allowing them do or have just anything they want and not cautioning or disciplining them when there is need for it.

However, when you do discipline a child don’t yell or nag him/her. Make him/her understand that it is what was done that that you were against not him/her. Many parents have problem giving love to their children probably because they never had it while growing up; others is due to poor self-esteem.

That you did not receive love growing up is the more reason you should give love to your children. Your child should be able to live with the conviction that you love him or her completely no matter what he or she does and no matter what happens. If you child does not have that conviction yet. You have work to do in this area.

They Need Praise and Encouragement
It is important to give children positive affirmations and encouragement when the do positive things no matter how small. As a matter of fact they often expect you to do so. It greatly impacts their self-esteem and confidence when you finally do and gives them the idea or impression of what you expect or would like them to repeatedly do. Health10 Ways To Boost Brain Power And Increase Personal Productivity by aulmatro(op): 6:34pm On Mar 24, 2015
The brain is one of the most vital organs in the body. It plays important role in every action and every thought. There is hardly any part of the body that its functionality is not linked to the brain.

If the brain is that important, then we need to keep it healthy and learn ways to improve or boost its functionality as well as learn to avoid certain habits or activities that can deplete it or reduce its functionality.

Here are 10 ways you can boost brain power and increase personal productivity and effectiveness;

1.Don’t Skip Breakfast: The idea of skipping breakfast because you are trying to control your wait may sound like a good idea but it usually drains our energy. When our bodies have fasted in the night it usually needs to replenish the lost calories and nutrients which you require for the new day. Eating breakfast especially one which consists of whole-grain. It fuels your body for a good part of the day and equally improves your mood and memory.

2.Get Adequate Sleep: Many are used to staying awake in the night for one reason or the other. Your body may adjust to this with time but the downside will likely manifest in the long run. Lack of sleep usually slows down the functionality of the brain and increases inefficiency especially when it comes to logical reasoning and ability to retain information. Prefrontal cortex (PFC) region of the brain which is responsible for many higher-level cognitive functions and is particularly affected by lack of sleep.

3.Avoid Negative emotions: Negative emotions have damaging impacts on our physical and mental health. Stress from negative emotions like anger, bitterness, self-criticism etc. deplete the brain chemicals that make us feel relaxed and happy. Negative emotions make it difficult for us to think rationally and see situations in their true perspective.

4.Exercise Your Body: Exercising your body improves the efficiency of your cardiovascular system and makes it possible for more oxygen and nutrients to reach the brain, increasing brain functions like problem solving, and decision making. Any workout that gets your heart and breathing rates up and keeps them up is good for your brain. A research has it that working class individuals who usually exercise on their workdays tend to be 23 percent more productive than on the days they had no workout.

5.Stay Hydrated: The brain is said to be made up of about 80% water. Any time we are dehydrated, it affects the brain’s efficiency. When we are dehydrated, the blood volume is reduced. This makes the blood thicker and consequently reduces ....http://successflame.com/productivity/10-ways-to-boost-brain-power-and-increase-personal-productivity/
Career7 Psychological Success Equations For Every Entrepreneur by aulmatro(op): 11:51am On Mar 13, 2015
You can either be at the effect (powerless) of your business or act as the cause (in power) of it. Your internal belief system about business is the most important predictor of success or failure. In order to train yourself toward success, undergo the emotional analysis necessary to build a sound business mind that’s resilient to stress, change and uncertainty; here are seven psychological equations that can help empower your business mind as an entrepreneur:

1. Introspection + Observation = Emotional Awareness

To be introspective means to look inside and examine your thoughts and emotions. To observe is the act of taking an existential view of yourself to better know how to function at your optimal levels of success. This type of self-analysis eliminates the interference of the more immature emotions which make you fall victim to being reactive, fearful, impulsive or indecisive in business.

The result of self-awareneness is the brave and admirable quality of being able to think independently, which empowers you to rely exclusively on the observation of your own mental state to succeed.

With self-awareness you become unafraid to be different, you embrace the uniqueness of your mind, the radicalness of your ideas and your ability to reason through change — both positive and negative.

2. Focus + Commitment = Advancement

Focus is measured by the ability to shut out distractions and place emphasis on what needs to be done in your business to progress forward. Commitment is a measure of focus. Commitment puts meaningful action behind your chosen goals without wavering in your intention.

Work performed deliberately, consciously and intentionally with laser-like focus is summed up in the result of knowing how to advance in business. There is nothing lazy or unclear about a successful person’s intention and subsequent action.

Advancement is the result of being attuned to every move and decision made in the achievement of your goals in a calculated fashion.

3. Honesty + Professionalism = Good Reputation

Honesty is a measure of integrity to do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it and to follow through on any delays or quicker advancements by informing all involved. False information is never given as it destroys the integrity of the business equation.

Professionalism is a measure of competency and skill in your business dealings with others, and how your know-how is executed through subsequent action in a reliable way.

When honesty and professionalism are combined you naturally develop a stellar reputation. Because word of mouth is everything in business there is nothing which can supersede a great reputation. The successful understand that reputation has more value to others than their actual business. In this way, if people like and respect you they will like and respect your brand.

To be successful you must embrace the idea that you are your most important product.

4. Grace + Strategy = Solutions

Grace is a measure of staying calm under pressure. It is that fixed state of mind which seemingly carries you effortlessly through problems, obstacles and difficult negotiations in business. It is that quality when business is booming and things are flowing effortlessly, you show no ego.

Strategy is a measure of how you get to those higher aims in your business under the umbrella of uncertainty. Intelligent strategies must be attuned to patterns of business behavior and known ways to get to what you want.

Desperation kills strategy and eliminates solutions.

When you have the business mind to approach uncertainty with grace and an awareness of what actions need to be applied to gain solid ground, solutions and success are your result.

Nairaland GeneralReach Your Highest Potential By Living Beyond The Senses by aulmatro(op): 7:05pm On Feb 19, 2015
Have you ever stood by the Bar Beach or any beach at all, and tried to periscope the Atlantic? Over the distance, the ocean bends into an ominous curve and the approaching ship masts stick UP their noses in a tangent as if they are crawling up a hill.

Have you ever stood akimbo on the railroad and stared at the distance? Far ahead of you, the two rows of the track eventually taper off and merge into one.

This phenomenon is called OPTICAL ILLUSION. Optical illusion is responsible for the SPIRITUAL BARRENNESS of millions of people. They CONSTRUCT their lives on the flawed testimony of their PHYSICAL SENSES!

Why You Should Never Depend on Your Physical Senses
Our senses can only perceive 3 DIMENSIONS; yet there are LIMITLESS DIMENSIONS in the spiritual world to which we belong. When the Bible says, “All things are possible,” it is not talking about our beggarly three dimensional thinking.

OUR SENSES WERE NEVER GIVEN US FOR SPIRITUAL NAVIGATION! Which is why a peasant in the village can discover God while the erudite professor of philosophy cannot. Which is why you can never “prove” .....http://successflame.com/spirituality/reach-your-highest-potential-by-living-beyond-the-senses/

Each and every one of us offers a unique combination of strength, creativity, thoughtfulness, talent, knowledge and experience. This implies that no matter how you try, you can never perform or become exactly like another.

The only person you should strive to be better than therefore is who you were yesterday. According to William Faulkner, “don’t try to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself.”

No one can be smarter than you can be and no one can be better than you can be. People are only better or smarter in different areas. Find your own area and focus on becoming the best you can be.

Education7 Skills You Can Learn In School That Can Set You Up For Success In Life by aulmatro(op): 11:00am On Feb 04, 2015
Most skills necessary for one to succeed in life are what one can develop while in school. The reason is that the school environment provides the atmosphere for these skills to be developed. That means you don’t need to wait till you are out of school to start developing and perfecting these critical success skills. These skills may not be part of the usual school curriculum but like I said earlier, the school environment provides the settings for these skills to be developed. It would however take a deliberate and conscious effort on your part as a student to develop these skills after all it’s your life-your responsibility. These success skills are;

Goal Setting: Your success in real life will depend on knowing what you truly want and taking the responsibility towards achieving it. If you don’t really know what your objective is, then it does not matter whether you win or lose. Students should learn the art of goal setting, for instance you should have a goal for every study time (What you have to achieve before your study hour ends). Those who acquire good grades in school usually are those who decided to do so right from the very beginning. Plan ahead! What grade do you want to achieve? What skills do you want to acquire? Be clear on what you want. This is a critical success factor.

Time Management: Distractions are inevitable on daily basis. Life in school is no different. To ensure that one productively maximize time, one needs to prioritize. Being busy isn’t the same as being effective. As a student organize and plan how long you spend on specific activities. Effective students understand the importance of their time in school. Therefore they prioritize their daily activities. There must be time for study leisure and other activities. Prioritizing and scheduling your daily activities in creates a sense of responsibility and urgency. Start now to learn the discipline of time management. You will be glad you did.

People Skills and Team work: what I am referring to here is building relationships of trust, respect and productive interactions. Relationships plays a major role in life .It is often said, it’s not what you know, but WHO you know. It is important to build and maintain strong and positive relationships and networks. The school environment is one that should help us appreciate the positive impacts others can make in our lives. It is a good place to develop skills that will enable you work and network with others effectively.

Effective Study Skills: To study effectively does not necessarily mean to study for hours rather it is about studying smart. It does not.....continue reading at http://successflame.com/personal-development/7-skills-you-can-learn-in-school-that-can-set-you-up-for-success-in-life/
CareerIs Your Career Compatible With Your Calling? by aulmatro(op): 8:27pm On Jan 22, 2015
Many have been made to believe that job satisfaction depends on the paycheck, so they choose a career path considering only the financial benefit only to discover later that there is something missing.

Some others have choosen career paths based on what the society considers “the ideal job” and later resent and feel enslaved by their jobs because there is no sense of satisfaction or fulfillment from what they do.

According to Steve jobs, your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.

This has something to tell us and that is “choose jobs that will satisfy you in ways that are deeper than your paycheck.”

To have a fulfilling career you need to pursue something that is in line with your calling.

According to Ed Young, your career is what you are paid for; your calling is what you are made for.

If you want a fulfilling career, you need to take time to reflect and consider what your passion, strength and deep interests are. The fact is that it is usually overwhelming and a great burden to do something that you are not designed to do.

Your career is compatible with your calling if;

(1) You have Inner Contentment: One of the vital signs that you’ve found a job that compliments your calling is inner peace. Inner peace (or peace of mind) refers to a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace, with enough knowledge and understanding to keep oneself strong in the face of discord or stress. This is what happens when you are in your “niche” and living the life you were meant to......http://successflame.com/career/is-your-career-compatible-with-your-calling/
Nairaland GeneralThe Art Of Asking And Receiving By Iyanla Vanzant by aulmatro(op): 9:13pm On Jan 15, 2015
It isn’t always easy to express our desires. We worry that others will see us as pushy or demanding, or that we’ll be turned down. But asking for what you want is a necessary part of life, and I’ve found that the more you practice it, the easier it becomes. Here are the five things I want you to remember:

Ask with commitment.
The first ask is for yourself: Question whether this is really what you want. Only when you’re certain of your true desires will you have the courage to pursue them.

Ask with awareness.
Every request comes with a price—there is no free lunch. For instance, asking for a raise may mean a tense conversation with your boss—and if you’re successful, nine times out of ten the raise will come with additional responsibilities. That’s the cost: You have to be willing to do what’s required. We cannot enjoy the benefit if we can’t accept the price.

Ask without fear.
Fear is an obstacle that blocks your capacity to receive. I’m not just talking about the fear of making your voice heard. I’m also talking about the fear of getting what you want and realizing it’s not all you’d hoped it would be, the fear of the responsibility that will come with it, the fear of losing it, and the fear of what will happen if you don’t get it. These are all common, and they can get in the way of going after the things you yearn for most.

Ask with trust.
When you do not believe you deserve whatever you’re asking for—if you don’t believe you’re worthy—you are not open to receiving it and, more often than not, you will not get it. That’s how the universe works: If you don’t put your trust in it, it won’t deliver.

Ask without expectations.
When you want something, you may be required to ask more than once—and you can’t get too attached to the manner through which you receive it. If you want love, ask for it—but know that it might take a while and may not come from the partner you expect. If you want a fulfilling career, understand that you may get it, but perhaps not in the field, position, or time frame you anticipate. Asking for and receiving what you want means keeping the faith that you will get it, even if the outcome doesn’t look the way you thought it would.

Christianity Etc4 Factors That Answer Your Questions About God By Leke Alder by aulmatro(op): 7:36pm On Jan 09, 2015
If you want to understand God and reconcile the word of God with facts of existence you must understand four things:

One: God made man a free moral agent.
He gave him the ability to choose. The ability to make choices is so fundamental to man. It’s what informed Joshua’s iconic statement: “And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15. It’s what informed the placing of options before Adam in the Garden of Eden: ‘God commanded the Man, “You can eat from any tree in the garden, except from the Tree-of-Knowledge-of-Good-and-Evil. Don’t eat from it. The moment you eat from that tree, you’re dead.”’ Genesis 2:16-17.

Two: God is sovereign and unlimited.
He is sovereign over his creation. That means you can’t constrain or question God. He is absolute and can do as he decides or pleases: “Thus God, the Holy of Israel, Israel’s Maker, says: “Do you question who or what I’m making? Are you telling me what I can or cannot do? I made earth, and I created man and woman to live on it.” Isaiah 45:11-12. “Who are you, a mere human being, to argue with God? Should the thing that was created say to the one who created it, “Why have you made me like this?” Romans 9:20.

Three: The history of the world is written out.
There is a programme. Concerning a perplexing dream King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon had, Daniel gave this interpretation: “And after you shall arise another kingdom [the Medo-Persian], inferior to you, and still a third kingdom of bronze [Greece under Alexander the Great] which shall bear rule over all the earth. And the fourth kingdom [Rome] shall be strong as iron, since iron breaks to pieces and subdues all things.” Daniel 2:39-40. History played out according to the dream and interpretation. And there are other numerous iterations. What we call the future is actually history to God. He has foreknowledge. He’s omniscient.

Four: Righteousness is not the same as morality.
God operates by the laws of righteousness not morality: “The Lord is rigidly righteous in ALL His ways and gracious and merciful in all His works.” Psalm 145:17. “And He will judge the world in righteousness”. Not by the rules of morality. Psalm 9:8.
These factorships provide a bedrock of answers to the most perplexing questions about life:

Q: Why is there evil in the world?
A: Because the first Adam chose to disobey God. He was a free moral agent. The disobedience of Adam unleashed a regime of catastrophic consequences. It’s not called the fall of man for nothing. For example, murder didn’t exist before the fall. The fall damaged mankind psychologically.

Q: Why did God allow Adam to sin?
A: Because Adam was a free moral agent. He had his own freewill. That’s why he was held accountable. Freewill is inviolable. Adam was not a robot.

Q: Why did God love Jacob more than Esau, even before they were born? Isn’t that unfair?
A:He is a sovereign God. He can love who he likes. He’s not bound by our rules of morality. He operates in righteousness. Romans 9:14-15: “What shall we conclude then? Is there injustice upon God’s part? Certainly not! For He says to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion”. God has freewill too! He makes his choices, loves whom he likes! In other words, his prerogative of mercy is absolutely at his discretion. And it’s independent of us.
The definition of right is what God calls right and the definition of evil is what God calls evil. Not what we say. Righteousness is not the same as morality. Morality is relative, righteousness is absolute.

Q: Why can’t God just programme all of us to go to Heaven?
A: He gave us freewill. You have a right to choose your destination. It is on account of freewill you’ll be judged. Freewill creates personal responsibility. Without personal responsibility we can’t be judged. This dovetails into the principle of accountability. We are accountable to God on the use of our lives. Life is God’s asset. Like all assets it demands accountability.

Q: If I’m a good man will I go to heaven?
A: Bible says goodness is not the basis of visa to heaven. (John 3:15-16). We go to Heaven on the basis of what Christ did, not what we do. The spiritual currency for ticket to heaven is Jesus’ blood. The criminal crucified with Jesus never did anything good up to that point. Jesus promised him Heaven simply because he acknowledged him as Lord and believed in his resurrection. Luke 23:42: “Then he (the criminal on the cross) said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when You come in Your kingly glory!” Romans 10:9: If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Q: Why is God permitting all the evil in the world to go on? Why can’t he just wrap everything up?
A: Because there’s a programme of history for the earth. Everything is unfolding according to that programme. Long before the Israelites were enslaved in Egypt for example, God told Abraham well in advance. Even how long. Jesus came under the programme. Indeed the coming of Jesus was predicted way back in the Garden of Eden. (Genesis 3:15). The plan to send Jesus actually preceded the Garden of Eden. His death and resurrection was prehistory. He is described as the Lamb of God slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:cool. So there’s a programme. The Antichrist will come under that programme. Jesus will defeat him at Armageddon according to the programme.

RomanceYour Relationship Is Your Responsibility, Make It Count! by aulmatro(op): 6:14pm On Jan 07, 2015
According to John Donne, “No man is an island” this implies that human beings do not thrive when isolated from others. The reason for this is that each person around you contains a different body of knowledge. They may possess qualities that you do not possess but are in need of.

People have different contributions and input to make in our lives, hence, the need for relationships. However, it is not all relationships that are productive. While some will set you up for success others have the propensity to drown you in mediocrity.

You need to assess your relationships to know the kind of inputs or contributions they are making in your life. They would either make you or mar you. You can’t amount to much in life if you constantly hang around people that don’t make valuable contributions to your life. The thoughts, ideas, and attitudes of the people in your life are contagious and can influence you.

Here are 2 Kinds of People that have the most profound Influence on you; the 1st group produces a positive Influence while the 2nd group produces a negative Influence;

a.Refiners- These are people who strengthen your faith and energize you; their words inspire and motivates. They help unearth your potentials and bring out the best in you. They challenge you to become the best you can be. You can call them coaches, mentors etc. what I do know is that these set of people are a huge plus in your life. When you find them keep them!

b.Reducers- These ones add little or no value to you. They are the ones who will try to diminish your goals, worth and efforts. They can be critical and will like you to stay within their comfort zone. They hardly have any meaningful goal they are pursuing and are simply resistant to change and personal development. Hanging around them saps you off energy and enthusiasm.

In the words of Jim Rohn, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” It is time to audit your relationships ‘cos you are the CEO of your life. You choose who stays and who gets fired.
However, for you to build productive relationships, you need to define your goals and vision. When you know where you are going; you will know the people that will help you get there. Develop a set of standards and then it will be easy to determine who stays and who gets fired.

Christianity EtcThe Path To Self-discovery by aulmatro(op): 5:50pm On Jan 03, 2015
A story was once told about a boy who was climbing the mountains and found an eagle’s nest with an egg in it. When he got home he placed it under a hen along with other eggs laid by the hen. After the eggs were hatched the eagle lived among the chicken and thought he was a chicken. He learned the behavior of the chicken and scratched the ground just like them.

But sometimes he would feel strange stirrings within himself but because he did not know what they meant or what to do with them, he either ignored or suppressed them. “After all I am a chicken and should behave like one”, he thought.
However, one day an Eagle flew over the Chicken yard and the “Chicken-Eagle” looked up and saw the Eagle flying.

Instantly he felt those strange stirrings again and realized he wanted to fly like the eagle and instinctively he spread his wings and began to fly. First, unsteadily until he finally soared like an Eagle that he is. He has discovered the true person God has made him to be.

According to Henry David Thoreau, “The greatest tragedy in life is to spend your whole life fishing only to discover that it was not fish you were after.”

Many like the “Chicken-Eagle” have allowed environment, opinion of others and prevailing circumstances to condition their lives and give them identities that is not theirs. Like the Chicken-Eagle also they have suppressed and ignored the stirrings of their true self.

They have let go the things that matter to them because their environment has given them the impression that they are not good enough for such things. They are anything but their true self.

A clear knowledge and understanding of who we are answers the question of why we exist (purpose). Attaining such success that will impact your world for a long time comes from living out your true identity. Your fulfillment and satisfaction lie in knowing that you are on the path that truly matters.

If you desire to take a journey to self-discovery, here’s the path to follow;

Live Your Life Awake
This is living your life being aware and conscious of your difference from others, inner desires and strength. These are your uniqueness and they are means of unlocking or discovering your real identity and following the path you are born to follow in life.

This demands thorough self-reflection and examination of our step and actions and how they satisfy and fulfill our deepest yearnings. Unless we are continually examining our life to make sure it is in line with what matters to us, we may end up living someone else’s life.

That’s like coming to the end of your life and realizing that you have followed a path that was not your own. We must make the decision and develop the courage and discipline to follow the path that most matter to us and make constant adjustments to ensure we are on the path that fulfills our inner yearnings.

“An unexamined life is not worth living.” – Socrates

Connect with Your Spiritual Source on a Personal Level

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience but are all spirit beings having a human experience.

I have found out that no matter how many self-help exercises people may take in a quest to discover their identity and purpose they still feel doubtful of they really are when they lack spiritual essence. They are not completely convinced of who they are.

The reason is that your source defines who you are just the same way it takes an affirmation and attestation from the maker of a product to believe the authenticity of such product.

We all are products of a spirit being and we cannot really live out our true self if we are disconnected or have little or no knowledge about him. Denying our spiritual source and essence put us below our true identity.

“Man’s goings are of the Lord; how can a man then understand his own way” – Proverb 20:24
