2weeks?! I've made many orders that even came after the purchase protection ran out and the seller refunded me. Then I had to go back and pay. While some came, some never came, that's why you should avoid non-registered post. Just wait, those.items will take a month or more and if purchase protection is.ending just ask for a refund. If you keep getting bothered you'll spend money calling and going to the post office always for nothing. Just take your mind off, check purchase protection twice a week in case e don de wan finish, once it's left with 5 days open dispute. if your item come post office go definitely send you Sms or call you.

i called Nipost headquarters for receiving and sending! they said they cant track an unregistered mail and i ve 3 items that land in Nigeria through yawen..guys please how can i geh my items cus its almost 2weeks now

dont worry bro calm down, your item will arrive. if it doesnt you can easily open up a dispute and you will have your money refunded back to you. as for my shopping experience, yanwen post are sometimes fond of giving false tracking details. they are like a small time affiliate to the other companies. its just like an agency, who collects a parcel from the sender, and then they hand it over to a big company like china post and the rest. yanwen post acts as a middle man to your item and those sellers use this method because its cheaper and its basically not registered according to what i learned. so when your items shows arrived in nigeria, dont take their words for it trust me. just relax, it will take at least a 20 days upward for that item to get to you. this is what happens, let me explain to you so next time you wont make this same mistake, when you are looking to purchase an item from any of these merchant site, and its written on the ad free shipping, just simply ask the seller what shipping method they will use if its either registered or non registered, or if the seller is slow to respond and you are in such a hurry, you can easily note, if the shipping cost is below 2 USD. you are most likely going in for the long tin non registered post. but if the item states free shipping and its below 4 USD, and you know the item worth is at least 3 usd, just know its non registered post. and when its non registered post, you'll end up with yanwen post, ec-firstclass post, or non registered china post etc.

track it here 17track.net.... IT depends on how fast it is processed.... But I know if is CN post it goes tru several processes but my last goods for CN post took 11 days to arrive so it MAY be possible

Both, using agents or using the free shipping option, will accomplish the same thing albeit differently.

The agents will get the products faster to you but @ a cost. The free shipping option takes between 14 days to 60 days or less.


I've used free shipping( more than 30 times) and agents ( more than 15 times). The difference is just the time of arrival.

This is my personal experience. Others experiences may differ.

if the seller shipped by china post, hong kong post, sing post, nl post and you reside in Lagos, your package will arrive in 10-15 days (not working days just normal days) counting from the very day your package was registered or displayed on the tracking website..

i dont reside in the south totaly i base in Yola Adamawa state! do you think it ill get my goods in 15 to 20 days time??

when was the last date it showed it left china? is it up to a week? another way to track goods that have left china and coming to nigeria is to use Nipost site. Nipost has been very good lately in updating tracking infos once the goods reach Nigeria. i really must commend them for that.if you track on Nipost and there is no info,it means its still on its way.

okay thanks for the response.... 2 of my oders left on 24th while the 3rd one left on 26th i.e yesterday.....i will track it on monday via Nipost and see!
