There is just so much "open source" junk out there these days. Serials and pictures are the easiest way to keep track is all.

Henry240:

Your questions are usually too specific?

Are you African or European?

As for the serial numbers of the aircrafts, the NAF has it reasons. We don't know the particular 6vunits that would be worked on next either.

So from what I have been able to tell from the L-39 posts the last couple of days, the 3 aircraft have serials 370, 364 OR 354, and 352. Does that seem right to everyone else??

Any other pics out there? Any ideas which 6 will be worked on or of the L-39s in storage in general?

Henry240:
L-39ZA also recently reactivated.

Anyone have any pictures of Cameroon's Alpha Jets? How many are even still flying (if any)? They were with the 31ème Escadron if I recall right.

Yikes. Okay. Thanks for that! Maybe I can find some pictures from Italy then! Any rough idea when that happened?

Question! Does the Nigerian Air Force still operate six (6) MB-339A advanced jet trainers? Have not heard much about them and a spotter website has not seen them since 2007!!!

Why not? Its been a long time since delivery. Do you think they are just taking a long time getting them integrated into the Kenyan Air Force? They are a more complex than any past helicopter in service. So I suppose that could be it.

Henry240:

No word on them. I seriously doubt if they've been used in combat operations.

Anyone have any photos of Kenya's AH-1F Cobras? Have not heard about them since they got 3 of 6 last year. Never heard if they got the other 3. Curious as to how they are doing.

Does Egypt still operate the Alpha Jet jet trainer, L-39ZO and L-39E jet trainers, Tucano (EMB-312A) basic flight trainer, and Grob G115EG introductory trainer? Looking for some recent pictures and numbers in service for a project. I know they operate the K-8 Karakorum jet trainer so not sure why they would keep the older jet trainers (Alpha Jet and L-39).
