Chances are that your London used phone is refurbished- especially iphones from 8 to 11. What OP has is not certified refurbished, but repackaged.

Again, dead pixels can happen to anyone. I bought a brand new note 20 ultra that had a dead pixel in 10 months. Sometimes you're lucky, other times, not so much.

What we are telling your dumb skull is that you would never find an intrusive ad on an iphone or a rubbish app with root access that would be overlaying on the home screen like we all saw on the OP's device.

If you have any evidence of such, post it.

The only 'pop' access any app has on an Ios device is via notifications and you have to explicitly grant that app such an access, and you can turn it off for such apps.

Apple operates a sandbox system and no app can have access beyond its explicit grants. There is no intrusion port on the wallpaper or homepage like on Android so even Apple cannot, (if they want to), post dirty oraimo ads on the homepage.

I develop mobile apps for both platforms and on electron for desktop as well as being a user of both platforms. You know absolutely nothing about these, yet you are so loud, ranting everywhere with your poor education.
