Thought as much!!! The monday timing is too early. So I called the customer care line, and the lady told me they're in for a 100 slots. Once they get the rquired slot,the gate will be closed and proper registeration/verification will commence. She also said something about screening on that same day.#not sure tho

Do you know anybody that applied and wasn't contacted back....what about ur colleague? Was he invited for the Training??

Not Really....buh I'm aware they recruited for customer care and teller operators sometime last month or so. The application procedures was very tedious. So how did you apply for this training

@ Daniel, actually telemarketing is what I defined as a "pure" customer service job. Its otherwise known as "Indoor-Marketing",while call it inside sales/selling. It involves promoting the company's product and services via telephone calls,e-mails,social medias or text messages. The customer service agent/tele-marketer is to attend to the needs or complaints of the customers via telephones or through other social media platform. But in da case of extreme cases, a face-to-face contact is also allowed--- where by a customer will have to come to the company's venue for further clarification, and as a tele-marketer its your duty to give such an individual a consise infomation about the products and services. Not forgeting to sell other products if necessary. That's all I can say for now

Ineco, pls do you have any idea of what their tests like? Cos I received a call this evening from the recruitment firm telling me to bring all my credentials+my birth certificate for an interview after the Psychometric test or something....don't really get what the customer care attendant really said. Pls trow in more light on this.
