ashiwajew:It may differ frm urs depending on respective bank requirement and amount involved. So, go to the bank with ur late mum's passbook 1st. Other things will ensue |
Sorry for ur mum's demise. My advice is that ur make it official to the bank than to cut corners. Depending on d amount involved, bank may request for: 1. Letter of administration 2. Death certificate 3. Court affidavit 4. Evidence as next of kin eg pvc, national id card, int'l passport or driving licence. Note that i am in d same shoe with u as i buried my own mum just last month. I am at d verge reclaiming her bank deposit. Thank u |
Thinking of it alone run my spine jittery |
God doesnt abandone his creature. I wish him happines and quick recovery for d mum |

Is d numbers verifiable? |
how much? chidi.agbawo@gmail.com |
The law by d Ile Ife clan to designate someone as Abobaku (one to be buried with d Oba in d event of death) is repugnant to justice and natural conscience. Even though d man in question ie d Abobaku may have signed d contract consciously but this is repugnant to natural justice. Absconding is d natural thing for him to do. He may choose to come back and fight d Ile Ife clan legally. Sure he must obtain victory in d law court with a gud lawyer |
