Sometime it occurs to me as those people in government don't have any common sense whatsoever, and i don't blame them because the Nigerian youth have folded their harms letting those stupid old fool continue to jeopardize their future and not doing anything about it. Imagine this stupid initiative of giving 5000 to at least 1M people monthly that is 5B NAIRA monthly and 60B naira yearly, and this will never solve the hungry problem they are trying to solve. instead why not use this money to stabilize electricity in the country alone, believe me this by itself will create thousand of job and save a lot of company depending on diesel and petrol to run their business therefore they the can expand and hire more people.The simple reason why most company are leaving Nigeria is because of the higher rate in the amount they spend on diesel and petrol to keep their business alive so, therefore leaving the country and leaving the Nigerian youth jobless.Many Nigerians abroad have the money to start business at home but if they look at the amount they will spend on fuel to maintain their business they rather use they money somewhere else. My point is the youth of Nigeria should stand up for themselves instead of collecting some stipend call money from some old fools who don't have their interest in mind. In FELA'S VOICE, everybody wan go heaven nobody wan die, how you wan take reach there. Just my 2 cents, i just dey pass ooooooo.

After I left Nigeria 2011 this guy continue to surprise me with all his good job .pictures don't lie.

AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE LAND
we agree to do the fencing before I left for the US which I pay him 1.3M and the fence was done in 10 days then I purchased a gate to secure the property in the amount of 200K. Pls bear with me I will be attaching some pictures to proof myself that this is truth nothing but true.

After visiting the three land he gave me details on each one and said which ever one I like he is sure they are all good, so I ask him if you are the one that will buy this land which one will you choose? So he answer that I will choose the one in ELEBU by oluyole estate because in the next 2 year the price will tripple. So I choose the Elebule land which is 2 plot and I pay 1.6M for it.
My people make sure you read all this story and digest it then make your decision. Remember the bible say in all your getting get understanding.

Am back! After my friend explain how honest is this guy with proof of his good deed that is not even known to him I made a decision to give him a try but to my surprise till this day have not regret my action in any form.
I decided to travel in august 2011 to purchase my residential property land,so I call this guy tell him that my friend refer him to me that I need a land in ibadan to build my house but am scare been getting dupe because this is my hard earn money and I don't want to loose it, then he reply me and said as long as am destiny to have a house God will surely make it possible without stress. Waoo that is deep and I said amen. So on getting to Nigeria I met with this guy he said have made enquiries for you and have come with three good land you will not have problem,if there is any I will pay you back insha allah.

For those following this thread you will be patient with me because I have some other things am doing by the side but I assure you I will answer as much questions as I can as we move on. Let's go...
Before August 2011 I, I always travel to Nigeria on a business and vacation as you know most of us that lives abroad likes privacy so anytime I go to Nigeria I will lodge in hotel for a month and pay ridiculous amount of money just to be comfortable and to have my privacy most time none of my family know that I came. This saves me a lot of stress though the expense is high but on August 2011 my best friend Afolabi who lives in New York has been telling me about this guy that is building his house and I said I don't trust anyone in Nigeria not to talk of giving my money to them. He said do you know that the last time he ever saw the land he was building is when he purchased and fence it by this guy and ever since he has been sending money to him and by the grace of God the house is almost complete by the guy. He said he was skeptical at first when his friends introduced him to this guy but after performing a lot of test on the guy he found out that he is trustworthy.
Some of the test are ENGR RASHEED how much is dollar exchange rate because I need to send you some money after which he would have ask three different person but when the guy comes back he will be the best price. Another is how much is this building materials he will give the best price with quality material without knowing my friend has made his research so what else do you need from someone like this . HONESTY

For those of us that live in abroad,it has been a great problem for us to find someone to trust with our money because the type of money we make here is quite different from the one most average Nigerian make and mind you am talking of those of us working 9to5 or owns businesses not the dubious one known for fraud so when it come spending we are very conscious on what to do with our money Oga femmmy and Oga mufutau can bear me withness if I lie. Most of us don't have a place in Nigeria we can call home because of different types of story we heard about people not been trustworthy when it comes to money and this has given me a great worries about Nigerian,not of recent I was introduced to this man call ENGR RASHEED who made it possibe for me to be landlord that have always seem to be impossible because I can't find someone to trust.
This guy does not have any idea of what am doing right now neither did he tell me to advertise is business but I want to tell you guys that whatever you do be careful because you don't know how far good and bad deed might go, most especially in this Internet world is very small.
