PDP that won one is better than APGA that won two yesterday. And don't forget that PDP already have more governors, senators and house of reps more than APGA which serves as Cushing effect for PDP. APGA never threaten APC at all outside Anambra, but PDP gave APC chase of its life in some other states. Atimes winning votes difference was not up to 100. This shows PDP is still the only strongest opposition party. If anything happens to APGA in its one state loosing, then it might die out. See that parties they called ADC and LP, they are just mere political jokers. That yesterday election will shape opinions of many other political leaders to decamp to APC if they are really hungry and need food like Amechi. Obi, El-rufai, Atiku, Aregbe,.Amechi etc will tell themselves some truths when they are lonely that they are just wasting time. The only thing that can save some of them now is to humble themselves like FFK and some others to decamp.

Even though FFK is not elected now, he must be enjoying something at the background or gets access to contracts that puts food on his table steady. Obi should stop wasting his donation or digging boreholes with hope he will get votes in the north that will make become president. If he wants to do humanitarian service that has no intrisic political ambition, he should go ahead; but doing it with hope of securing their votes may end up in sorry state.

Obi is exposing himself more as being incompetent when he dishes out fake statistics and criticism everything government does without giving room to occasional praising good policies of government under guise he wants to be seeing as viable opposition will only backfire at him. Key provisions of the Act—such as Section 137, which prioritizes documentary evidence over oral testimony, and Section 73(2), which mandates the nullification of results in polling units where ballot paper and BVAS serial numbers were not pre-recorded—form the crux of the PDP’s petition.

The Tribunal has already admitted critical BVAS machines into evidence, devices the PDP claims will expose over-voting and discrepancies in the declared results. Testimonies from PDP witnesses, including local government agents and an expert witness (PW12), detailed systemic manipulation during result collation. Independent monitors, such as Athena Centre and TAP Initiative, have corroborated these claims, further denting INEC’s credibility.

By opting not to call witnesses, INEC appears to be taking a gamble, leaving its defense in the hands of APC and Governor Okpebholo’s legal teams. Analysts suggest this approach could backfire, as INEC must now contend with its own certified records and the BVAS data, which the PDP argues clearly contradict the declared results.

This development follows revelations from an undercover investigation by the Foundation for Investigative Journalism (FIJ), which alleged INEC’s complicity in inflating votes for the APC. The report, combined with the PDP’s evidence and legal precedent, paints a damning picture of the electoral body’s role in the disputed election.
