@Boson, at the risk of sounding controversial and being cyber-lashed again, i wish to ask you some questions; what really are your objectives on this case? You seem to enjoy all the sympathies moré. If this is not so why have you not made a formal complaint or report to the appropriate authorities, or have you done so but chose to keep this info classified and only available to in-house Jack Bauers? ? You seem to relish all the attention above finding a resolution and getting your money back.

Seeing you have tacitly declined any chance for application of ADR as initial approach to resolving this case, my advice to you is to make a formal report to the appropriate authorities viz; the Nigerian Police, SFU, EFCC or any other relevant AUTHORISED and CONSTITUTED body. And there is no need for any secrecy about this. The authorities will be in the best position to look at the facts and merits of your story both the parts you told this forum and the parts you did not. You must shun ALL that have advised you to employ other 'self-made' or fast track methods for resolution otherwise this is also jungle justice. If you take their route then you have committed the same crime Aluu community committed and then your case will go bad, the hunter will become haunted. Also, if in your 'wisdom' you feel AutoMahnn is in any way complicit feel free to exercise your rights. For members that may be enraged again at this, think of the Aluu4 before bearing any fangs, it all started like this!!!

My point is simple Boson, go report your case formally and do the right thing!
