Do not be deceived my friend, there are a legion of aides around him, the ones we can see and those we can't. In the air, on ground and even in space, loads of them everywhere bro.

this is the 4th time i have been refused a u.s visa in the last one and half years,even after haven travelled to usa for more than eight times in the last 5 years.iam 100% sure i did not break any rules.i have valid visas to many other countries including u.k and canada.my questions are ,
1)what could be the possible reasons?
2)is there any way to find out the reasons?
3)is there any right to appeal?
4)how do i correct this problem if there is any?
5)is there a general problem recently with people who say they are going to buy cars?because thats what i do.
6)how many times can one reapply in a year?

I think you should take a break from applying for now until status changes based on your question No. 5, and by the way the answer is yes.

I also gathered that changing interview locations is usually a red flag. You said your first interview was held in Lagos but the second one in Abuja, they will assume you are deliberately avoiding Lagos because you were refused there. Consistency is key, I got this from an ex staff who was very involved with visa issues while there. But i think you should re-apply in Lag after nothing less than 6 months or a year.

His story is a touching one, I share his pains. I also share his courage. He had a choice not to step into Nigeria again but he didn't take that option. When the call to serve his fatherland came, Moses dumped England and embraced Nigeria... That is patriotism!
Today, we see a Victor Moses bringing joy to every Nigerian including those who may have inspired his parent's death... That is Love!
On Sunday, Moses would stand for the National Anthem and pledge allegiance to a country that couldn't defend his parents... That is faith!
Moses would deliver the "African Cup of Nations" trophy to Nigeria not minding what had happened in the past... That is forgiveness! Moses rose through bitterness and despair to the limelight of hope and courage.
He never gave up on his country. He persevered... That is purpose!
If someone like Victor Moses, despite the bitter past, never gave up on Nigeria, then why should we?

Mileage for every car i know starts from 0000000 and starts reading from the first digit on the right. This reading indicates 003745 meaning its 3000+ miles. Its never been re-calibrated sir.
