Sports / Re: Eto'o Sensationally Claims Anelka Was Better Than Thierry Henry by AutosAbuja: 5:23pm On Dec 01, 2023
What kind of stupid argument is this? How can anyone open their mouth, without vested interests, and proclaim Henry a better player than Eto'o.
Eto'o played for the best club in the best league at the time, while the serial choker was playing in a third-rated league, the premiership.
If Henry was half as good as Eto'o, Madrid would have snapped him up during the galacticos era.
After the original Ronaldo, there hasn't been a better striker than the Lion of Africa himself.

JayJayShow and Etoodinho910, thanks for the facts jare.

Your regular Bluetooth scanner is enough.
What you should 1st do is swap the bad coil to a known good coil from cylinder 1 and 4 to eliminate if it's a coil issue. Also do same for the plugs too.
It won't cost you anything as you're not buying any part.
Thank you

Did you try swapping those faulty coils with a known working one? If the misfire still remains after swapping, then you'll have to do the following:
1. Inspect spark plugs and replace bad ones.
2. Check the nozzles to know if they're blocked. Replace or clean as the case my be.
3. Check fuel pressure to see if it's up to manufactures spec. Replace complete pump assembly if pressure is low, clean fuel lines and replace external filter if you have one.
4. Replace O² sensor as it is known to trick the ECU into leaning or enriching the fuel mixture. A live scan should guide you better.
5. If after doing these and the misfire remains, run a wet and dry compression test on each cylinder to know if valves are bad.
All the best.
Na money issue bro
I haven't swapped the coils. My professional scanner stopped working a while back, so I am using free scanning ap
ps. Don't know if to trust them completely.
Thank you so much

No it shouldn't unless you have bad exhaust valves.
It would make louder noise though, but not suck in air into the engine.
Oh thanks.
It's just my car has vibrating than usual and now jerking. Sometimes the check engine light starts flashing.
Codes show cylinder 2 and 3 misfire, then added 4,but mostly 2 and 3. Already changed a coil.
Many times the misfire follows those two coils in cylinders 2 and 3
Also the sensor does not work anyway

Why didn’t you open a new thread to ask this question as you usually do? undecided
Abeg if the air fuel sensor upstream is not tightly screwed in place, can it cause air to enter the engine
It's so loose at the moment

I think the threading on the exhaust is bad

As usual the things to check are your tyres for damage, if all is okay there then move on to their balancing and alignment.

If it persists then there are many other things that can be wrong. But the two above are usually where to start from

Thanks

A lot.
From an unbalanced tire, to your CV axle, to torn bushings in your arms, bad shocks have also been known to cause it, bad ball joints, to a host of other things.
Remote diagnosis would be difficult.
Oh. Thank you
I have noticed one of the front absorbers has gone down a bit

Obviously whoever did the prior tightening of ‘whatever it was’ under your vehicle didn’t do a good job. Take it back to him to inspect his work again and probably do a better job.
Please what could cause steering shaking mildly at around 100km/h

Don’t we all ? welcome to Nigeria wink

If you know you want to fix your power steering once and for all and not worry about it again get the original genuine Honda power steering fluid and rest wink

Contact luvinhubby today
Thanks, man
Lemme just go with the nigerian flow. And by the time the leaks would start, Insha Allah, I shall have enough money to buy a new car.

Highest wait is 2 days. You place the order today and it’s on its way to you the next day. Arrives abj in the night and you can pick it up right then at the park or in the morning the next day.

Using all these dextron atf will work but there will be a ‘noise’ and if you don’t change it out on time it will start damaging the seals in your power steering pump and rack and cause slow but steady leaks.
I'm just confused right now.
My worry is: if this guy isn't available does it mean we can't get Honda OEM parts? I totally hate such limitations.

You will unplug the black hose, use a spanner to remove the pcv valve

1. bring it up to your ears and ‘shake it’, if you hear something inside making noises then it is supposed to be okay. If you shake it violently and not hear anything rattling inside then the valve is bad. Replace it.

2. Bring both ends of the valve to your lips, now blow air into the valve through the ends, the air should only be able to flow ‘one way’ and not ‘both ways’. If it flows both ways or is not flowing at all through either way then the valve is bad. Replace it.

If that valve is bad your engine will be ‘disappearing’ oil magically so cancel that possibility first before moving on to other things. It’s the easiest thing to check after looking for leaks.
Abeg, do you know where I can get honda PSF in Abuja?

Check your power steering oil containers, it's often neglected by car owners & technicians. When dirty, it pushes dirt into the pump causing damage and failure.
More tips coming.

Thanks everyone for the input...

I reached out to Gazza, and he gave me a hint..

I wanted to buy the 22mm O2 sensor Socket from Gazza, but he didn't have ..

So he suggested I buy the Normal 22mm socket and get a welder to cut it out..

Which I did this morning, bought the normal socket, have my welder cut it out and weld a small pipe to extend its housing..

Victory at last, both sensor removed and replaced..

However, or unfortunately, only the second one worked.

As the one I removed from the sensor 1 is different from the one sent to me..

I have reached out to luvinghubby, will feedback once I get it all sorted out..

Btw, who can help me with this two codes..

Pic 1. The sensor 1 I removed
Pic 2. What I got.

Pic 3 the codes after scan
Did the sensor 1 later worked?
If no, where did you get the right match?
