PoliticsRe: Fashola Replies Peter Obi Over Alleged Deportation Of Igbos From Lagos by Awake9ja(m): 6:29am On Aug 02, 2013
Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola has accused his Anambra state counterpart of trying to politicise last week relocation of some destitutes to Onitsha with a view to making cheap political gains from such in the November 16 governorship election in the south east state.

Fashola who for the first time spoke on the issue while fielding questions from journalists after inspecting some on-going infrastructural projects in the state said “It is unfortunate that my colleague governor has made this a media issue. As I speak, I haven’t received any telephone call or letter from him to complain. And don’t think that is the way government works.

On less important matters like this, he had called me before.“This is a political season and Anambra will be up for contest. And in a political season, unusual things happen and perhaps we are living in an interesting time. And some of the evidence was when one sees two adults kissing on television, it tells you that something is afoot. And it is really important to say that our hospitality in Lagos state is legendary.

And it is a global legend that the people of Lagos state are hospitable people. And so is the present government of the state and previous administration”.“I think that there are large Igbo community in the state. And their presence is evident in Alaba with the Alaba International Market and the ASPAMDA market. And they are doing their business peacefully while the state government is working tirelessly to provide the required transport system, that will help improve the travel time and their businesses

.“There is too much at stake for anyone to begin to insight the Igbo community against their host state. There is too much at stake here. It is a very dangerous and unwarranted precedent. And I hope that common sense will prevail here. Also for those who are praying for blood should know that there is too much at risk here.
In all the ascertion from fashola it is easy to point out where he is going to land.
Am disappointed with fashola on this cheap political move, i thought gov fash is an inteligent man but this current action with his poor response here proves to me that God can really defend the poor and make the wise foolish onthe process.

The bolded is an unfurtunate summary from fashola and its a disgrace for that matter.
He repeated the word a lot is at stake here for 3 times why? There is more to his saying than meet the eye. I conclude he has a very bad and bitter intention on ibos.
What is at stake and risk mr. Fashola? Do you want to take their properties and markets etc? What is your next line of action against a nigeria group that does you no wrong. Too many yorubas maybe claping for you but bcus they habour hates and envy against the ibos yet does it justify your action.

The next line am taking now is the part of those ibos beating the drum of war?
As much as we all know and read no body has ever talk about war talk more of spiling blood over this matter from the ibo side or maybe this is also fasholas game to bring in thefulani and hausas into picture. As for us the middle beltan we can never join anybody again to kill the innocents.

Lets do theright thing and save ourself the fear of the unknown.
Fashola action is wickedness not just because ibos are envolved but because its unconstitutional, why send people back at the middle of the night and fump them at a unsecured areas.

Ola Johnson: Didn't you read the post, the Igbo traders have their President-General, must they also take the post of the Babaloja?
Yes they have market chairman already and they pay their taxes to the government and other dues to local gov and anothet dues to the oba. Another to omonile and to alayes yet After all these why should the yorubas not happy with their efforts yet want to impose an babaoloja again on them. To me thst is wickedness.

Com on bro you are heating a human body not a stone pls be human for once.
The ibos i know dont have a history of troubles with their host community.

If the ibos can invest in my home state benue 50% of what they invest in lagos i promise u we wont oppress them like yorubas.

Aedes_muskeeto: I swear to God i saw this coming.....

Now to my chest-beating "black jews"

this is what happens when you think you're above the law

case closed...
seriously when fashola deportation of the northerners and other yorubas started I know he is just beating about the bush that he is heading back to hunt and heat ibos harder and deeply.

as a Christian and a man with conscience I must say it the way it is, "what fashola and his Yoruba people are doing to the ibos are evil"
it does'nt concern me since am not ibo but I feel for the ibos bcus they are human being also.
they deserve better.

these yorubas here online mocking the ibos pls can you come over to my middle beltan state and tell me why I should love you guys more above ibos.

ibos are always industrious and hard working and lover of their host community and contribute selflessly to their host community.
as much as I love one Nigeria I blv Fulani, Yoruba and hausas are the most hypothetical and destroyer of the one Nigeria they profess.

come on if you guys hate the ibos this much why did you fight along with us to bring them back?
even here in the middle belt and core north the ibos are not treated this way.

pls evil is evil and it pains me more that most of the yorubas here rejoicing are either Christian or muslim.

what is wrong with the yorubas?
by the way am not ibo but the truth must be said for Gods sake.

what kind of hatred is this? why is so much envy and hate about a particular tribe going on in the life of Fulani, yoruba and hausas.

sincerely speaking yorubas has beginning to irritate me like hausas.
a group that invest so much to develop your land only for you to turn around and stab them deeply.

Big_Lebowski: There are no hoodlums in Abuja. APC will have to import their hired crowd of kano almajiris and Lagos Agbereos.
of course I want APC To fail but not on expense of someone's life.
PoliticsRe: APC Vows To Shut-down Abuja If They Are Not Registered by Awake9ja(m): 2:17pm On Jul 28, 2013
wrong step by APC if they eventually take this action.

the demonstration will end up in violence bcus hoodlums or opposition may take advantage.

atlast everybody will see the APC as extremist party therefore most will choose to vote GEJ just to avoid blood shed.
PoliticsRe: The “north”, Deceit And Illusions Of 2015 – By Middle Belt Dialogue by Awake9ja(m): 5:57pm On Jul 26, 2013
as a middle beltan I support this statements 100%

hausa fulanis need to be taught a lesson till they leave benue, plateau nasarawa etc alone.

they have shed enuf of the bloods of our kits and kin in the middle belt.

any middle beltan that ever vote for any core northern candidate should be murdered in cold blood.
