@all, Please does it matter if i use my brothers Visa card to link with my Paypal account ?, I am not stationed in Naija now and paypal said they will accept visa card only issued by a nigeria bank, so can i use my brother visa card to link up my paypal account ?

Na waoo, the truth is that Paypal have not yet been launched in Ghana, so there is no Ghana paypal, instead accounts are opened with IPs of countries that have Paypal. so the procedures here, using oversea Ip , getting a foreigh virtual account before using and verifying the paypal, very very long thing

please i need your input in this, am staying in Accra Ghana, and i have ebay account NG, i have tried using my Ghana prepaid visa card with my Paypal ng account i opened and it rejected it.

Please can i use another person's Nigeria prepaid card with the paypal account ?
Please help Chinos have stopped procurement and this is sending me out of business as i have lot to order

I picked up my 5 laptops last week as i was listed to pick up 13th Nov.
I did not post here because i have nothing to celebrate about it, this is among-st the list of over 25 laptops i ordered since August. I have been out of business ever since then.
I thank Jimmy though in Naija for his assistance and i posted because he asked me to .

I am still fasting to see that the remaining comes to me.
