I think we should be smart about our investment this summer and allocate it across various positions where depth and leadership is needed (LB, LCB and ST). My preference would be to sign Asllani for €30m and get Vlahovic on a free (Only if a good portion of his wage components are performance-based). Both are tall players with good heading abilities and investments where Barca has a good probability to profit from in the long-term (sporting and financially).
Than doing another Coutinho/Griezman spending on a player.

Many good players like to play for Barca because of the club's pedigree and antecedents, it's hunger for trophies and success and don't forget it's attitude of pampering players but we scout them but no action after.

If you are a rival club, all you need to do is just plant a spy in the Barca transfer group and allow Barca to go around scouting, while you just come with money and swoop the player they scouted when they are still rigmaroling about what to do.

The only way I'll accept Rashford coming back is another loan. Signing him permanently for €30mn na waste of funds and I'm glad the board understands this. His wages is also outrageous for a bench player, that's why Barca are refusing to pay his fee or interested in signing him and will use the money to sign someone else far more expensive.

I still don't understand the point in letting Casado go despite his potentials while allowing players earning humongous pay remain and contributing nothing extra than what he can also give in same position.
