Morning guys.

Please I got a training offer in South Korea from a UN specialized agency and some three South Korean counterpart agencies -KIPA, KIPO and KAIST. Its an all expense paid trip and this is stated in the offer letter The issue now is that I do not have anyone to issue me letter of introduction or guarantee. I have pressed with the UN specialized agency to get their Korean counterpart to issue one but there has been no response since. And time is running out.

The UN specialised agency even sent me flight details. I have few questions.

1.How long does it take to get their response to VISA application?

2. Do I have to submit my passport there while I apply because I need ot for some other things in the meantime.

3. What do you guys suggest I do now. Should I apply without the letter of introduction?

4. Is it better to use VFS or apply directly to their embassy directly.

How long can an NGO operate without registration?

Pls I have compiled my docs for the online application except a CAQ from the Minister of Culture in Quebec which may take 3 weeks from now. I am to resume in March. Can I just go ahead and submit the application and attach the CAQ online application and receipts or still wait for the CAQ from Quebec's Minister of Culture?

Pls guys I need advice .

Please my online VISA application states that I should attach CAQ from the MICC in Quebec to my application. I av already done same and couriered it to Quebec. The University resumes in March and getting CAQ would take like 28days (as it is on their website) not to talk of visa (though I am applying online). I have reasoned that I should just attach the CAQ application and payment to the MICC in the place for CAQ and do an explanation for it in the LOE.

Pls guys what do you advice I do in this instance?

Also, the application made outside canada form states that you would be requested to provide electronic signature when you are transmitting to CIC. At the moment, I have uploaded the form on my online application and nothing was asked.

Is it when I am submitting the application that I would be asked for the signature or what? Just to be sure I am not making mistakes along the way.

Please your advice would be appreciated.

Pls I need the advice of gurus in the house pls. I got admission to a Uni in Quebec. I am told to get the CAQ from Quebec's authority to be attached to my study visa application. I have applied for the CAQ and paid the requisite fees. The issue now is that before the CAQ would be issued (4weeks) and then same attached to the application for study visa and before the visa is granted (or otherwise), the offer of admission may be closed.

As a result I am thinking I should attach the application for CAQ to the study visa application. Has anyone been in this situation?

I need the advice of gurus in the house pls.
