U can't hear of any case in Nigeria because no one cares if u are a Nigerian or not... but Ghana.. They only country in west Africa where u need work permit and residential permit as an Ecowas Citizen before u can open a bank account.... was it the same case in Nigeria...to said it all..Ghanaian will said they are hospitable to foreigner.....
