No need to count yourself out, because I was speaking on a general perspective.. There are some people who these apps have worked greatly for, but when it comes to the majority it is a different story. You and I both know that is the majority that counts in everything.

I think they are below average, because most of these apps are created by American companies (and build for an American climate and environment), so they might not merge with the African (Nigerian) climate and environment.

you are correct in a way....but I have a couple of them apps and after a few sessions I could feel the changes in my physique and fitness level....but you're the doctor so what do I know

who in the word will hate the most beautiful subject ever. Mathematics isn't hard. No matter how complex it seems, it always evolve from the basics. You can't expect to understand trigonometry or Pythagoras without you learning simple mathematics (+, -, ÷ and ×) unless you're a genius and got a great sense in connecting and reckoning numbers.

you want to know math, start from the basics. start simple even if it feels absurd to you
