Since you are no longer going for childbirth, you should fill another form to tally with your present circumstance. Fill and change the form.

Thank you

Someone already answered this question in page 107 of this tread and the person has a similar case... Pls go back and read

Good day gurus in the house, pls someone that was denied on the grounds that she did a letter of change on intent and used the visa for birthing, who reapplies after 5 to 6months with the family(husband ,wife and son). When asked u were here months ago, whats new or what have changed, what will the person answer, knowing that the person is now pregnant for a new baby, which she wasn't by 6months ago when applied earlier and now wants to birth in US again.

Also should she apply alone this time around without hubby and son, knowing they were all given 221g form and all went for interview but were denied that 6months ago.
I think you should find out more about this but am sure Ikoyi Registry is a Federal Marriage registry while the one in Ibadan is state owned maybe that's the reason for the believe that Ikoyi is more acceptable... My opinion thou.....

I requested for family vacation sponsoring in place of the small shikini car they want to give me for outstanding staff for the year.... Taught I would sound more genuine by saying they are sponsoring but thanks to @seyewest for the advice
Beautyaddy:

Seriously, your office will do such and that includes the cost of child birth in the US

Yeah Right!

Thanks I really do appreciate ur response... Have already started going through the trends for U.S Birthing section.......quote author=seyewest post=62370566]

From personal experience don't even say your Firm is sponsoring your private trip it just doesn't work that way.
if you want to birth it's right you apply for medical visa and provide the necessary documentation for your interview and visit the U.S Birthing section on nairaland and one more thing I don't think your husband is gonna get a U.S visa in a long time due to what you said in his transcript.
OK... Tnx for the response,Ow do I best present my case
seyewest:

I don't believe your office will foot any of those bills even if you're the owner of the firm... The reason I said so is because none of what you want to go and do in U.S is an official matter so if you present your case in this way they will refuse you.

Thank you for the response @ladyguinivere... He said d mistake he noticed he made in the first application was that he left out his dad's date of birth and his work details he gave was sketchy so he corrected the 2 mistakes in his 2nd application,
1. any advice on what he can do to correct t his mistake pls
2. Should I just apply for a medical visa myself and attach my daughter as a dependant while he reapply for b1/b2 and makes sure his mistake doesn't repeat itself
LadyGuinivere:
Tiny mistake? Pray tell. What is it?
Mistake or misrepresentation? Ma. Only you can help you. Sort out the ish. Cos any note the first person made is still there and will be there. So my advice is for you guys not to join in the pre existing wahala
