Hi, I am in Lagos and learning how to skate. Those who wish to learn need to know certain things:

1. Falling is part of skating but you must learn to fall the right way. Putting on your protective gears is a must because you WILL definitely fall, it's part of the package.

2. When you start learning for the first time, start walking on grass until your feet are comfortable with the skating shoes. You need to get your balance and be comfortable with moving around.

3. Try and get an instructor, in Lagos the easiest way is to go to Surulere Stadium. Most of the skating clubs meet on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. I only go on Sundays and any other day to skate by myself.

Inline Skating is an amazing sport, I so so love it. I just started the learning process as well and it's been so so fun. Although you need to persist. I would love to know others Nairalanders doing the same.

But I thought all the apartments in this estate are 4 Bedroom.

Where around Alapere, I currently stay at Agboyi Estate.

Hi, I stay in this same estate. It's a good place but I disagree with the "Water Running" lie. It is not possible to sink a borehole in that area due to nearness to water so we have to depend on Lagos State Water corporation and the supply isn't bad anyway.

I just feel you need to mention that to people so they know ahead of time.

Also, the internal road network of the estate is BAD BAD BAD, I hope the new tenant is driving an SUV or a mini-SUV.

I sent a mail to the email address above and there was no response going to like 5 days, called one of the numbers too and the lady on the phone sounds so disinterested. The prices are quite cheap, their office is located at Alaba so I cannot check the store in person to see the equipments by myself.
