okay,you can use this recipe ,1kg of rice serve 8 people ,now for 300 people ,you can now use 38kg,it will now serve 300 people with 4 extra plate of food,
for chicken you are going to use 5 cartoons of chicken, in the cartoon you will get 32 pieces,you can cut it to two places and get amount of 320 pieces.
for the rice to red verywell you will need about 420g of tin tomatoes,you will need 25g curry power,30g of tyme power you also need 250g of butter ,750cl of groundnut oil, 100 cubes of maggi, 20 levels of teaspoons of salt,6 levels of nutmeg.etc
