For those dying to know when they will get to serve their nation, a date has finally been picked for the commencement of the NYSC Batch B 2015 Orientation programme. Like the last two batches, this batch will be going in streams too.
The first stream for the 2015 Batch B orientation course will commence Wednesday, 28th of October 2015. It will run for the usual three(3) weeks and come to an end on Monday, 16th of November 2015.
The second stream will commence Wednesday, 25th of November till Monday, 14th of December 2015.
Stay glued to this blog for updates when the full timetable is released. The full timetable contains details of the dates of online registration, receiving of call up numbers and finally deployment state. I don hear ooooooooooooooooooooo. |

I know some people would like to crucify me but the fact remains that i don't regret voting Buhari. Even if i have not benefited as expected, i still appreciate Buhari because since he was sworn in, there is this constant nepa light in my area. Before now we use to buy fuel everyday but since he was sworn in we have bought fuel only 7 times and this is surprising i must say. Thanks Baba, Nigeria will be great again. |

benebaby77: Abi oooo. Some people do hide under shade of studying economics to justify their stinginess... They would say that don't you know that I studied economics.
Some of our lecturers, who are well-versed in economics, are not stingy but a quite few seem so infering from their appearance and dressings.
Dr Abdulsalam(Reader) in our dept, now a director of one dept in CBN, would dash anybody money anyhow... He had once dash a then sociology student N14K becos this guy just hail him.
He belonged to Keynesian school of thought though; and he believes that the tune of economy could change positively by increase consumption.
He had once said FG could reduce unemployment and increase economic growth by dashing everybody money. Am feeling your economics swag Babe. |

benebaby77: They don't make decision without analysis the cost and benefit.... Sorry for the omission of 'don't' I understand wetin u mean dear, that guy nobe economist lol. |
NYSC › Re: NYSC 2015 Batch B House by Ayima: 9:06am On Jul 07, 2015 |
benebaby77: Stingy khe? So all people wey study economics dey stingy bah? That is very wrong notion. Economics doesn't teach stinginess, rather it teaches prudent uses of resources by dint of their scarcity nature.
Most economists are fond of calling themselves rational human beings. That is, they don't make any decisions without analysing its cost and benefits that decision seems to bring.
If I have to dash you money now without you render me any service, I have to think twice about it.
The cost of my decison is that I will lose that money to you in the course generosity; and the benefit I stand to gain is you will thank me for dashing you money. Weighing both cost and benefit, will pave way for informed decision.
Let us assumme that economics stinginess, I'm of belief it can't change mentality unless you chose to be stingy. You are on point! am an economist, my Dad is stingy while am not. |
