You don't have to be at least for now, she needs you. However I will advice you to abstain from any form of intimacy with her and give her sometime (around 6 months) when she would have gone past the window period for any STD (3months for HIV and 6 months for hepatitis) she can then go for a general checkup for all sexually transmitted diseases. Prior to that time tho she should still have the vaginal swab cos gonorrhea and some other bacterial infections are real and can cause future infertility. On a second thought she should go to any good hospital and talk to a doctor immediately.

I wish I took you more seriously earlier I would have advised that she goes to a general hospital for a post exposure prophylaxis because there are so many STDs that are even worse than HIV. She can do it today to satisfy your curiosity but she also needs to have a vaginal swab test as she could have been exposed to other infections as well. tell her to stay strong.
