It's a 3.6L V6 so will consume fuel just like the Tacoma. However it doesn't have a resale value like the Tacoma. It may come down to specific purpose for which u need the particular vehicle..

Why not go for Tacoma? Tacoma is nicer and more rugged than Hilux.

Hilux 2016/2020 it's a 4plugs(tho there v6 option) so it's economical. A truck that goes anywhere. yes it's good for daily driver.

However the price isn't accurate.
