I spent at least 4 years in a university that uses only ACs (no fan) in classrooms. I used AC from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. every night in my hostel. The only time AC makes a difference on your skin is during the season that sweat (heat) doesn't allow people to sleep.

As a matter of fact, how many Nigerians in Canada have glowing skin?
