they say the law is an ass,and i fully concur,you know why? now continue reading,There is a banana tree next door to where i live,this tree overhangs my premises,every morning i have to sweep up the dead leaves of the banana next door,now this banana tree has lovely bunches of fruit and they overhang my premise,i love bananas so much,if i have to sweep up the dead leaves from the tree,surely i am entitled to some compensation for my trouble,suppose one day,i cut down one of the bunches and eat the banana,after al,we did not go into our neighbour's compound to cut it,we found the bananas right in our yard,what would the law saw about it?
