Is it oando downstream? The downstream is more of marketing of refined petroleum products. I will advise u to stay in the oil service firm if u desire a career path that is more of engineering. Get some yrs of experience and move to company like shell. Shell & other oil companies that pay well are always looking for engineers with specified experience in upstream.

The verbal test are short passages which u have to read. Questions are asked based on the pasages whether it is true, false or cannot say. Visit www.shl.com.
The numerical questions are mostly drawn from tables,charts,graph.

The exam is shl. diagramatic is about flow diagram of circles & squares. The objects are in 2colours, and either big or small size. There is a comparative object(CO). An object will be subjected to change in size,colour or shape. you are to compare the result with the CO. if it is the same follow the Yes path otherwise the N(no ) path. This is continue until u get the final object. U then pick from the options which is ur final object.
The analytical has questions drawn from bar & pie charts, tables etc.
The qestions are not that difficult but u have to be fast

the aptitude test is of 3 parts - verbal(english), analytical( maths) and diagramatic. its similar to shl. the diagram is about changes in shapes, sizes and colours . basically cirles and squares and sizes are big or small while colour is red or yellow. an object enter thru  flow diagram with instruction on what to change(colour or size or shape). if what comes out is the same with comparable object follow yes route.
 the maths contain barchart, piechart, tables and questions will test your interpretation of such datas.
its not difficult but you must be fast as possible. wishing you the best
