Lexus interior is superb, fit and finish. Even though they've great designs, body finish cannot be compared to the Mercedes.

Go for the Lexus for everyday run around, go for the Mercedes for signature purpose.

Years ago, while car shopping, I sat in a C230 Kompressor, then sat in an ES330. I bought the ES330 right after. Sound isolation, quality of materials, how well an interior is put together. Then you factor in quality of life factors like massage features, air conditioning, stereo. That is luxury. Not the fact that a car has a three pointed star.




I bet if asked most people on this forum would say a C300 is more luxurious than a Hyundai Equus.

Equus focus more on the technical part of their luxury just like u said earlier buttons, bling bling. Benz c300 focus more on luxury likes the seats, comfortablity

Quality of materials is the primary thing in defining luxury, my man. That's why a Toyota Century may not have as many tech gizmos as even an E Class, but is considered to be way more luxurious.
