Actually having the same issue with Grey, they claim to have reversed the payment to the sender after not being convinced with my answers to their questions, receivers shows me evidence of reversal on his account but did not add up to his balance for over 10 days now, the transaction notification on my Grey account still showing flagged(pending) from inception.

Pls, I did a GBP p2p on binance using my Grey account as my receiving account yesterday, surprisingly the deposit withheld (pending mode) and requested I prove the authenticity of the fund, I filled the questionnaire out of fear as payment for a freelancing and labeled relationship column as employer so my fund can be released Swiftley to avoid potential loss due to naira devaluation, meanwhile the payment proof received from the guy on binance p2p labeled the relationship as friend.i was told the fund will be reversed if i fail to provide evidence

MY question is should I come I out clean to explain the source of the fund and send proofs,so as not to get the fund reversed... kindly Treat as matter of urgency sirs

Please clarify what you mean by bulk bills from PHCN.
The estate purchased the transformer of recent, not sure if it can be classified as privately owned.

So far the estate purchased the transformer and haven't receive bills on it from PHCN, then you are good to go,
reason is some residents might have incurred debts and PHCN wont forfeit, hence migrating to a prepaid meter purchased by the Estates will be difficult, The Energy consumption of every Estate or community is being monitored with the aid of the Maximum Demand (MD) mounted beside the transformer.
