Things like this should be followed up with medical research before one can conclude. To be honest, I suspect hormonal imbalance. Let her visit a good gynecologist or fertility specialist and she’ll know what is going on with her system. Even if it’s cryptic pregnancy or not, it still boils down to hormonal issue. Best thing to do is to run tests since pregnancy test is negative. Also check infection as suggested. Wishing you both the best outcome

Get erythromycin with a very strong antibiotic

Boil hot water pour it in a bucket put aboniki inside and then use a bedshit cover your self in as you breathe the hot steam from the bucket..
