Good morning all, please I need your advice on this, I am a recent graduate of polytechnic and I have complete my Nysc and currently I have been offered a job as a contract staff of access bank with 85k per month and now I have been shortlisted for an interview in a federal university for d post of technologist at the ICT centre of d sch, now I am confused on what to do maybe to attend the interview and drop the banking job I just got not up to a month.

As a HND holder how much will I be paid and I was told I won't be able to go further until I spent a certain years.

Please I need Ur advice

A Nigerian man who was arrested by the Niger State Police Command after he killed his wife, has disclosed that he committed the said act because she planned to re-marry after his death. The suspect identified as Uwani Danjuma, reportedly killed his wife with a cutlass in Uddu, Niger. According to him, his wife had told him, when he was sick, weeks earlier, that if he dies, she will re-marry another man. The man who killed his wife while she was sleeping and further disclosed that he did it because she planned to re-marry after his death, said; 

“I can’t imagine my own wife telling me that if I died, she will remarry. I lost my temper and inflicted injuries on her neck with matchete which led to her death.I am not regretting killing her since she wanted me to die. I killed her so that she will not remarry. She should not have said that to my hearing, there is power in the spoken words; so let her go. Allah will send her to hell fire for that unguarded comment.”

Bishop Wale Oke Founder of Christ Life Church in an interview, stated that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is the light in the midst of darkness in Aso Villa. According to Bishop Wale Oke, Osinbajo is the light in the midst of darkness in Aso Villa because he’s been there for four years without any scandal.

“The point is it is easy to criticise. A lot of people don’t know the role that man is playing there. He is the ‘sole light’ in the midst of darkness in Aso Villa and he is doing his best”.

The cleric added, “On a personal level, he’s been there for four years without any scandal. He has carried himself with poise and dignity. His grasp of national issues, the analysis, the confidence with which he speaks, oh come on!

“Church, wake up and celebrate your hero and champion. On the two occasions on which he has acted as President, everybody knew everything was different. What else do you want him to do? He is not the President. There is a limit to the role of the vice president.

“He and the president are close because the President has found him trustworthy. We’ve had issues in this nation before where governor and deputy governor would be at each other’s throat.

“It was the same with the President and Vice President such that rather than getting busy with the administration of the country, they would be creating distraction. We don’t have that now. The man just wants to serve the nation. I give him kudos.”
