My brother that Federal job is a big opportunity for you, but be very sure about it before resigning from access bank and then after working for like 1 or 2 years you even convert ur HND to degree in that same school and probably put in for masters as well. Best of luck

What are you saying, you are comparing a contract banking job with federal Job? I laugh isn't comparable neither compatible, better stand up now and go for the interview, and the advantages and difference btwn the Two is federal Job has security than other private firm, you can be sacked or terminate ur appointment in private or banking firm but in federal Job, ur job security is guarantee. Am also Federer civil servant. best of luck bro

For every complicated question, there is a simple, nice, but wrong answer.

Ask the Holyspirit for direction and the purpose of God for your life. If and when you do, you'll find the answers to your question.

Read what happened to those who dropped their private jobs to go and resume as VP's aids recently in federal government wing

VP's Aides were political appointees and not core civil servants, please don't mistake one for another. Federal Jobs have job security more than private 'contract ' jobs. Meanwhile God's purpose for our life still remains the ultimate. OP should seek God's will through genuine prayers and solitude an love all else. Remember Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Bank contract job has no security. access bank is a transit employment. please attend your interview and if you eventually secure the job don't hesitate to drop the bank job.

What are you waiting for? Go for the interview and accept the federal government job without any delay. Contract jobs in the banks is not different from being a slave

For them to even call you for interview mean say you have been employed already. Interview for federal job na just to fulfill all righteousness. Because they hardly put federal job vacancy on advert. Which means for you to be called for interview then you know principal officer in that institution
Bros as you dey like this so, them don already send your name go Abuja.

Your offer of temporary appointment letter will come with ease
Followed by regularisation letter
Then confirmation letter ( once those three letters arrive ehnnnnn. Bros you be chairman)
You will get your promotion every three years with ease
Annual leave is sure
No body will ever threaten you with sack.
Federal Staff are migrating into integrated payroll system so your salary will be complete without any deductions from Union
Infact you will be growing academically
Because you can further your education. By applying for study leave with pay or no pay
Your hazard allowance as a tech na bomb
You go get free passwords and username of the school WiFi as tech guy and you fit use am watch and download porn

Bros as you dey get more certificate and qualifications
Then the institution go dey upgrade you
And you go dey request for conversion from one department to another as you like
Bros if you really be the serious type then i can bet my balls you can turn into academic staff and become a professor with them

But Bros the kind unprocessed and beautiful female student waist you go see ehnnn. You fit nor save your salary for years
This analysis is da bomb

Good morning all, please I need your advice on this, I am a recent graduate of polytechnic and I have complete my Nysc and currently I have been offered a job as a contract staff of access bank with 85k per month and now I have been shortlisted for an interview in a federal university for d post of technologist at the ICT centre of d sch, now I am confused on what to do maybe to attend the interview and drop the banking job I just got not up to a month.

As a HND holder how much will I be paid and I was told I won't be able to go further until I spent a certain years.

Please I need Ur advice
Yes drop it pls because bank can retrench at any fvcking time.....federal job is more secure.... lipsrsealed
Re: Should I Drop A Bank Job For A Federal Job? by sfinkzslot(m): 6:09pm On Nov 27, 2019
Since you just starting out on either of the 2 jobs chose the technologist position, it's a more stable job, it's also better you do a thorough research to know how much they pay b4 you start the work, if the job pays less than the bank, then do the bank job to build yourself academically so you can apply for a better position/pay grade in civil service

First don't give any impression to anybody working with u @access bank that you have an intending offer elsewhere because if u do and the thing no come work na gbege be that oo. Make sure you have in your hand appointment letter of the federal university and even start work for some days b4 you resign for access bank. U go collect leave for some days for the bank. The fed Job is the best for u because of job security.

Note: Make sure you uparade ur certificate ooo...so that you can enjoy the work

Job security wise, federal is more better and safer to private jobs

Even if it takes up to 2yrs before you can go to school, use that opportunity to safe for your schooling

I spent 8 years in the banking sector. So go for fed job

Infact a friend of my mine was affected from the sacking carried out of recent by name withheld bank after working for like 8 years, she was given an option of collecting termination of appointment letter and be paid off with her monthly sal for a year or resign by herself and get nothing. Well she opt for the latter
