When OBJ criticized President Jonathan's useless government, he was called a Motor Park tout, some few days later when he attended President Jonathan's daughter's wedding which indirectly depicted support for Jonathan, he was referred to as the "Father of the Nation" who meant well for all Nigerians'.

I expect Obasanjo after leaving the useless party called PDP to be immediately termed an APC member and also a Bokoharam sponsor as usual by PDP. Your thread is dead on arrival Barcanista...it's cheap ignorance for anybody to be linking Obasanjo with APC less than 24 hours after his dumping the party (note that he dumped PDP not defected to APC).

When you try to be what you're not, you end up speaking from both sides of your mouth and eventually start losing your relevance and reputation. Oga Barcanista, the reason I liked you on this forum was the fact you stood for Buhari's election bid not necessarily APC as a party - a course I also stand for. Your last thread on "interim government" was quite alien to progressives...I never saw you as someone who'll be easily deceived by the gimmicks of this present government, a term you sometimes used in the past on TANoids as "being gullible".

Although I agree that some comments on that thread by progressives were un-called for and overboard especially Gbawe's, I don't think those were enough reasons for you to leave the progressives if you truly stood for Buhari's course.

It's good you've chosen to thread the neutral path because becoming a TANoid would be you degrading yourself to the "lowest of lows".

I'll try believing that the points you stated as your reasons for leaving the progressives are genuine, but if in anyway you're doing this for other self-serving ulterior gains above the interest of Nigeria, that would be really unfortunate.

Very serious allegation I must say. If this is true, then it's safe to say Jonathan has been consciously allowing Bokoharam rise to their current level in order to achieve selfish political gains.

Personally I feel barca's post on Interim Government had some other ulterior motive, but the comments there from some progressives were really uncalled for.

I hope this is not true. We need more and more cooperation. In fact, we need "a united voice" that the best of weapons. If Nigeria fails today, France can't save Niger, Chad or Cameroon, they'll all fail too.

The U.S military trained Iraqi Army, sold and gave to them the best of weapons. Guess what happened when ISIS came? They almost took over the country in a few weeks. The US Army had to come in, along side their friends, with the best of fighter jets to help dislodge ISIS. Guess what? I hope TANoids and sane PDP supporters are watching how the people they support are goofing around? PDP/Jonathan were able to get the six weeks they needed to re-strategize in order to avoid an embarrassing defeat at the polls. One would've expected that they get to work immediately and release more propaganda slandering Buhari's image and intimidating opposition but instead they still wallow in foolery and would later blame APC for their shortcomings.

Evidence linking to the rigging of Ekiti Governorship Elections by Obanikoro and other PDP thugs (Fayose et al. ) has been laid bare for the world to see as well as listen to. The company who carried out the Forensic Analysis is a certified one and has released a statement giving precise details as to how their operations were carried out, a Police Chief here in Nigeria also confirmed authenticity of the evidence yet Obanikoro is going to court to make a fool of himself.
