This is one of the major reasons why igbos will never be reckoned with politically. Almost all the six geo political zones are protesting except the South East. And later when the time comes for sharing political appointments they'd be shouting marginalization.

You actually have a point. This thing they are doing would actually affect Obi's chances sef. Igbos don't know how to form coalitions that can put them in power and that's where Yorubas and other tribes have outsmarted them. They should have at least showed some solidarity in the southeast even if they can't march on to the major roads. Playing tribalism card right now would only send a wrong signal ahead of 2027. Edo people voted for Obi but yet they didn't play the tribalism card during the protest. Have these people forgotten that they Obi got many votes from the Northerners and people from the Southwest? I saw lots of Yoruba youths turning up for the protest and that is a good sign. Everyone has the right to vote who they want and when the president is doing nonsense, we protest and boot him out during the election. That's how it should be.
