Eehmm.... Presence of speed bumps controls vehicle speed, which will ultimately reduce accidents on such roads. It's not rocket science.

And yes. You may be right about the impunity part even if he's not doing it on purpose but even FG might have forgotten that Auchi road is theirs to maintain but because VDM has placed speed bumps, trust they will remember just like you to remind him it's FG's property. He shouldn't mount it normally.... It's a highway except it crosses a residential area, then the welcomed exception.

The point is....Of what good are the many laws we have, when lives of pedestrians are at risk from careless driving....
