Why is the Lagos government in talk with the family to release the corpse for burial?

Have they lifted the ban on inter-state travel?

After my registration since last week Sunday, am unable to select a state slot for deployment as it was clearly indicated that there is "No Available Slot". Please, I would like to confirm if this is a general issue. Anyone experiencing this too should kindly notify me. Thanks
