mufutau55: Below is the N120k 4ft Turkey Iron door installed. You can even find it for N110k if you have time to wander around at Orile market.
Hajji M. Yea, exactly what i was sent via whatsapp...though with a different design. My Project is in Abuja ( Nyanya) Precisely Sir. How durable & Strong is this Door? I'm sorry for asking too many questions. |

Hajji M Lemme see if I can go for the Turkey door then...I've got no other option for now. Thanks Mr Hajii M for your response. |

true2home: Abuja is for Politicians. You are expected to spend as such. My Front door is 4ft and Back is 3ft. Maybe yours is the big and bullet proof one. so ask for the details before concluding. I dont know the brand but will may inquiry from Manager. Thank Mine is 4ft as well...i think I'll travel down to see things myself. I'm based in Lagos, I always don't have the time travelling down to Abuja. The 130k is way too much for me. Thanks for your response though, God bless u. |

true2home: The front door is #52k each and the Rear is #35k or so. The inflation already factored in. I Heard the fabricated doors are stronger but my experience thus far has not proving this fact. Im yet to see a china door like my broken into in robbery attempts. And non have i heard that the Fabricated one has given way at robbery attempt.
The only deciding factor for me is the NOISE from the fabricated door. SO annoying!!! and secondly, the finishing isn't that great and finally, its just as expensive, if not even more expensive than the china.
Most are force to use fabricated door due to customization; their door ways are non standard measurement. I was given a quotation for a front Door amounting to 13ok in Abuja....I've not seeing the Door myself though... was told it's a China Door Bla bla bla.....i don't knw why I'm finding it hard to upload the pix of the Door. If I can get this Brand, I'll be ok with it...and not the 13ok Front door in this Buhari administration. ...lol |

bixton: . Piping will not be tampered with. Just be sure to tell your plumber to use nylon or empty cement bag to cover any openings of the pipe that extends outside the building, especially the waste pipes for both toilets. Ok Sir, I'll do just that. Thanks and God bless you... |

mavverick: Hello
I will always advice that you have some form of security on site o, things go missing easily otherwise, it could also be workers/opportunist etc. I have had people come with vans to pack materials from site, and one even came with his car to pack remaining roofing sheets. This same person was approached to return it back, and thats what we used to roof security/power house.
With plumbing also, there are some small materials that can easily enter bag before you know it. Even big heavy materials dey fly comot site. Haha, Funny but that's the Truth...thanks for the input sir. I'm really going to take this into consideration. |

bixton: . Plumbing is two part...piping and fittings installation assuming you have the required toilet/bathroom, kitchen fittings to be installed. It will cost you about #100-#150k to buy the plumbing materials and workmanship to pay plumber for the works. Ok...Thanks for the reply, it's really helpful. No fittings yet, was just asking about the piping, materials & workmanship. I just want to knw the average amount I'm going to budget for this project that's why I'm asking anyway...hope the piping won't be tampered with cos there is no provisions for Doors / windows yet. |

Soak away has been dug already... I'll be glad if I can get a reasonable quotation...both Baths/toilets are separated with just a wall.
