HERE IS AN UPDATE; Issue escalated again

Wildchild still insisting he wont refund me after i told him i wont pay extra 32,500 to get another locked iPhone 7+(making it 87500)

i instead opted to add extra 35,000 to fetch me a locked iPhone 8 plus which he also declined.
I said to him '' no problem refund me fully and lets get it done and dusted''.

He wont take responsibility for anything. I need FULL REFUND Wildchild! pay me my money

Please help a brother out...
I'm thinking of buying the Infinix S4 because Infinix products are the best in Africa and in various countries in the world, but my other mind is telling me to go for s10+... But I don't think the S10+ is better than Infinix S4...
The S4 has more space, better performance, bigger battery and better screen. The s4 outsmarts it in every aspect. My friend uses the s10+ and is about to swap it for Infinix s4. So please help me out guys. Which should I go for?
No insults please.

Is this a joke?

omicpet:

It's either you refund customer or you collect your money and find another product for the customer
Yes the haste was excessive but still think about it

You can just imagine...i am fighting a battle with two different characters...my client has been on my neck since FRIDAY he got really pissed off when i gave him the phone and explained.Wildchild totally ignored this part of my story...

bobo65:
True, I must say
Badaal the way u were in a haste to settle you was really suspicious, I read your chats but you should have let him do his investigations.
The threat wasn't necessary yet, I must say they came in quite too early.

Actually i got pissed off i must admit....i waited for almost 5hrs to get the outcome i dont want to hear.Picker will never admit to him its his fault... hence it will affect me.I feared the worst.I knew picker's inclusion is to counter my claim

bobo65:
You are very right, I actually said buyer won't carry the cross alone, meaning that he too will share in some of the losses

What loss am i sharing here?dont let that guy brainwash you...its not his money so he can run his mouth carelessly

bobo65:
Buyers first fault - - he didn't inspect the phone before leaving the delivery pickup location.
Baadal why didn't u inspect your phone before leaving the location?

Wildchild, how long did it take Baadal to tell you about the faults after picking up the phone?

Phone was off....i had difficulties powering it on.the person in charge was in a haste he told me to charge it

Immediately i got home when i was battling to power it ON i contacted WILDCHILD about it.pls read our conversation

ayowiz:
Now you get the entire picture, if he appeals to wildchild properly he can still salvage the situation

I have been trying to ignore you...do you know what baseband issue is? Any fault that requires panel is not repairable and even if you successfully repair it, it can never be the same, it will keep re-occurring. It is the picker's duty to make sure they avoid these sort of phones and they're very easy to spot. If a phone takes longer time than usual to boot up then it's a sign. Are you blaming me now because this isn't your money? Please watch what you say next time.

wesley80:
You left out a very important bit of information. How / from who did you pick up the phone? Was it shipped directly to your location or you picked it up yourself from either of the respective pick up locations? Lionlee and others always put a caveat on their items that you should inspect your item thoroughly before pick up as they'll accept no responsibility once the item leaves the pick up point. If that was the case, then Wildchild can hardly be blamed for refusing to accept any responsibility. If however the item was shipped to you directly on arrival in Nigeria and you only had the opportunity to inspect the item on delivery, then it'll be nonsensical for him to absolve himself of any responsibility.

Picker was QDLVY,
pickup location; ilupeju lagos.Phone was off....i had difficulties charging it

bobo65:
Wildchild
2 things ur picker will never know at pick up point is the battery life and baseband issue.
U can start from this to address this issue

Thank you boss.God bless you for this input. He is not even ready to address the issue.Check your WhatsApp i have sent the video of the touchpad...the phone is useless how Wildchild go just expect me to keep quite

Hello Everyone pls i need you guys to listen to the issue i have with WILDCHILD.
I know he is a very respectable fella here. This is a faceless forum and we dont know who is who so we give respect to eachother regardless of age, gender, status etc.
I got a deal from Wildchild(iPhone 7 plus) locked to TMOBILE.I picked it up this morning SUNDAY 6TH OCT.This phone has baseband issues, takes forever to boot up,screen freezes, bad charging port, poor battery back up, Front camera not working, touchpad not responsive etc...Everything about this phone is terrible its not usable.I got intouch with oga Wildchild and came up with ''hold on let me get in touch with my picker'' immediately i sensed this is their amateur logic they use when things go wrong....i told him straightaway ''oga look i no be small boy ppl wey sabi me here for NL sabi say i no be pikin.my moniker was ''damdam'' back then he should ask Damibanti, Initialize and co ....i told him rightaway i dont have a deal with your picker....i paid directly to your account. Why are you linking this issue up with ur picker?sort me out and reach ur picker.thats not my business.
To summarize everything, picker told him phone was picked in perfect condition.I knew it already!!! Main reason i got pissed off from onset. Picker wont tell him otherwise. Pls my fellow Nairalanders,is this the right decision from Wildchild? He bodly told me he wont take any responsibility. I told him i am taking this matter up.Pls if you know him in person tell him he wants to pick a fight with the wrong dude.I am not threatening him.pls dont get me wrong guys but i will go extreme length to make sure JUSTICE is made.Thank you all for reading.
Reach me on Whatsapp for videos of the phone malfunctioning 08025220285.I will keep on updating this issue here for now so you guys can see it.I dont want to open a thread on TECHNOLOGY MARKET yet lets see the outcome here first and foremost.
