People are still using it. The Apps can fail, there may be internet connection problem.

GT is making unnecessary huge and illegal money from USSD. You can pay =N=6.98 thrice or even four or five times on a single transaction on GT Bank USSD. Even when the transaction is inconclusive, GT Bank has already deducted =N=6.98 once or twice and as you are repeating it to get a successful transaction you are getting several deductions of =N=6.98.

The above happens on Banking Services. On Airtime services, it doesn't happen.

I have been wondering if NCC is not aware of this is issue with GT Bank USSD, I never knew Banks are still owing Telcos despite huge money made daily from people.

Immediately dangote successfully started refining fuel they came out that they likewise has fixed the refinery and will also be exporting but for decades they left us importing fuel from outside


Now they said no fuel to guarantee dangote crude as they likewise need to refine.

It's not far fetched.... They are beneficiaries of all this year's subsidies payments and they don't want to let go and they have their foot soldiers in all platforms trying to dent dangote image including here on nairaland
