Hey guys, been a minute since i last droped a post, i hope everyones doing well.

Anyways i stay at the ground floor and a group of guys stay above me, flashy cars and all, they're loud and talk about fraud and clients all the time which leeaves no doubt they're into fraud.

But here is my issue, every month i hear pounding of mortar for up to 25 minutes , 3 or 4 times.
When my babe told me the first time i just took it they were just cooking at night,

But these guys have money, or so I think, based on their lifestyle, so it makes sense they will have a blender if at all they want to cook at night and the ladies that come around should do the cooking because i noticece they mostly eat out too.

Now it happens so frequently and around the same time of 11:45 pm to 12:30, and once around 3am.


Am i being paranoid right now or people actually do these things?

As for the church members, hope they will bring money should the final offer from the man not be able to cover the cost of building it in another location?

It is risky bro. That money may not complete the church. Why not ask him to build it from start to finish....Dontate it to the church and then take up the old one?

That is how it should be done. You and the church committee can inspect the building process to ensure substandard products are not used, and that it meets the requirements on the building plan

My initial plan was that he should build as you said. But he seems unwilling to that, and some committee members are of the opinion that the man should bring cash, so the church can do some of the works, and save money for other purposes.
The #20,0000,000 is actually an initial offer and not a decided amount.
I just want to have an estimate amount so I would know where to stand.
