the game i am writing is a FPS (First person shooter) game based on the story of the nigerian civil war. currently i am having issues with the AI (Artificial intelligence) and more so, i am the only one on it right now and i'm also a student, so my attention is currently divided but i try to create time for the game. Anyways, thanks for the reply.

Hello, i m kinda new to this thread, though i am a game programmer, it is very intresting to know that people are taking game programming seriously. Anyway, when i started out on my journey to become a game programmer, i stumbled on a free game engine called "TRRLICHT". Irrlicht is a free 3D game engine and ever since i've been using it for my Game development. you guys might want to try it out, it's really cool.

though you require a proficient knowlege of C++, hmmmm, you have to really understand it.

I am currently writing a 3D game using a free Engine. it is Irrlicht Engine.

If anyone is intrested,  i am willing to share some of my codes for my current project.

Just started game company in nigeria and i am scouting for the best hands from Nigeria to help creat the first 3D action game from Nigeria. Intrested applicant must understand that this is a new company and they must be willing to work without pay now but they will eventually get paid. Other benefit such as transportatin and feeding are going to be taken care of by the company.
so having understand this, the following placement are available to intrested applicant,
1. PROGRAMMER: Must be very good and have deep understanding of C++, C# and perl.
2. MODELLER: Must be able to use 3d tools such as Maya, 3D Max, Mudbox etc. you must also be able to rig your models.
3. ANIMATORS: Must be very good in animation using the tools above and must be able to write custom scripts for your animations.
4. TEXTURE ARTIST: Must be very good in photoshop and other 2D tools.
5. VFX ARTIST: Must be able to create visual effect using in house softwares or tools listed above.
6. SFX: ability to create original audio adptation for the project ussing commercially availabe tools provided.

intrested applicant should send a mail to babadee08@gmail.com or babadee08@hotmail.com containing fullname, phone-number and position being applied to. previous experience or personal project is an advantage. You should also attach a original concept or idea created by the applicant relation to the position being applied for.
