I have nothing against Tecno, in fact the way Tecno has improved over the last few months is very commendable, but I will say this again do not compare a Lenovo phone with a Tecno, Lenovo is competing with the likes of Samsung, LG, Sony etc while tecno is competing with Gionee, Infinix Itel and co. My A5000 can last for 3 or more years without any issues.

both of them have 8mp camera so what are you saying?, and you know Lenovo is not your usual chinko phone, it is among the 5 major smartphones makers, their camera quality is one of the best in the world, my A5000 selfie camera of 5mp will beat your L8 8mp main camera. Battery, as far as I know Tecno, there won't be any noticeable difference in performance between my 4000mah and your 5000mah.

I received a call from post office asking me to come and collect my package, I did not sign anything, they just ask me to prove my ownership of the package, which I did by showing my ID card.

Bro i made a purchase of $139.99 from gearbest also on the 25th of April and was given a tracking number, but i have been unable to track till date. I get this when i track. "Your tracking info was not found, Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4: Your tracking number has expired and removed from carrier's system.

I have encountered same issue with my order, but eventually it was delivered to me successfully, so don't worry your order may not be tracked but it will be delivered to you.

Next time even if is 5dollar make sure you buy a tracking nos it is safer that way,also since you don't have tracking No's your package will not have your phone No's only your so check the nipost when is 21days by then your package will be there..don't expect any call from nipost dey will not call you.

Yes I was able it might be your order is out of stock also if you order is less than 40dollars you have to pay for your tracking order which is 1.99dollar, once your order is shipped your, gearbest will update via email for your tracking order.

my order is less than $10 it is a Bluetooth speaker, they have emailed me that my order has been shipped the day I paid. it's two weeks now, I didn't pay for the tracking number maybe that was why I am yet to receive tracking details.

It cost me 89.99 dollar at the rate of 310 to a dollar do the math, the camera is not too good as expected, but is better for a midrange phone, it took me 18days to get it from Gearbest, it has a lot of function the phone is nice. With 5.5 inch 2gb ram 16gb inbuilt then I purchased a 64gb from them for 13dollar on a separate order,am a heavy phone user I don't like limitation. All are working as I expected no complain so far, but it has a slow charge take time to charge
Note if you purchase this phone don't update to ht7pro v1. 1.4 it has bugs. I have message them consign in the bugs so an update should be coming soon.

I am currently using it, it is a very good phone. 5" inch HD screen, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM. It has a decent 8mp camera, the selfie camera can outperform many back cameras on some phones. Most importantly it has a very good battery of 4000mah. It comes with Android kitkat 4.4.2 out of the box but you can upgrade to lollipop via OTA or from the lots of available custom roms. I am currently on LG G3 custom rom. You can go ahead and buy it, I can assure you, you won't be disappointed.

Battery performance of this phone is excellent two of browsing Internet on constant 3G, I still have 80+ juice. On moderate usage I'm sure the battery will last for 2 days.

I have just flashed the CM12 rom, I have noticed a bug with the dialer, it doesn't show ussd results like checking account balance etc, and the contact is not showing any number. I restore my stock rom for now until I have a solution or a better rom.

The best thing to do I think is root first, install TWRP recovery then backup your stock kitkat rom, since the phone is very popular worldwide I'm sure you will find a lot of lollipop custom roms, find the one that suits you and flash, if there is any bug found or you just want your kitkat back you can easily restore through TWRP recovery.

thanks, will surely try it, meanwhile I have just received my phone today, it 16.5k. I ordered it for 15k plus delivery charge of 1.5k when they are selling on promo price last week.
