The camera on this phone is one of the best I have seen so far, pictures taken at night are very good. The 5mp camera of this P4 is way better than the 8mp of some Tecno phones

Framaroot won't root it, so i used baidu root app. Search for "Baidu root apk" on google, it's very easy to use just like framaroot no PC required, just install the app then open and tap on "one key to root" you're done.

You need to backup your stock rom first including all your games and apps before flashing a new rom.

How do you expect us to compare a 5" screen with a 4" screen, 8mp camera with 5mp, 8GB ROM with 4GB ROM, 4200mah with 1500 battery, quad core with dual core? M2 no be mate F5 pls!.

seunlayi: no doubt, P2 is better than p5. instal another launcher and forget about the stock launcher, disabling after rooting of the stock application you Don,t need I.e antivirus, weather, etc and lastly, a novice can easily backup or create restore in addition to migrating from one rom to another which are now downloadable. lastly, you will never need to take your phone to service center unless you have a hardware related problem. ................

In addition to that, you can easily flash CWM on P2 without the need of a PC unlike P5 and battery is excellent it will last you the whole day with heavy usage. the only advantage P5 has over P2 is 3g on both sim1 and sim2 but that was also solved by flashing the f2 rom on P2.

I think you are the only hater here, out of the 18 posts i see in this thread nobody mentioned tecno here except you. you can't force everybody to love or buy a tecno when there are better phones like gionee and oppsson. Competion is good for the market, consumers can have a variety of choices to make. it's only the gullible and fan boys that are still buying tecno nowadays.

The Xolo A500s is cool it has the same specs with P2 and I'm sure the A500s rom will work on P2 cos I've read the review on xda forum.
