Please those that have applied together with their family for a study permit, did all get approval together at once or different times? if at different times, what did u do during the wait times, how did you handle it? Gcms notes for my husband is out, not sure i completely understand the whole thing, but the pre assessment note is blank while notes at the end stated the enquiry i sent to the MP was responded via mail as criminality and medicals passed, second note says address of employer n/a, third note says address of intended employment n/a, fourth note says brief description of duties open work permit, fifth note says signed by me=my name

Please gurus in the house, what does this mean? is it about to be approved ? i have sent to mail to the travel exemption mail box.

Hello everyone, please i really need an urgent response cos im not sure what next to do. Thankfully i applied for a study permit in February 26th alongside my husband and 2kids which has been approved but that of my family is yet to be finalized.

With the advice of @ frankrobbin i contacted the MP for Niagara region as Niagara college is my DLI. I received a response saying that IRCC is reviewing eligibility requirements of their application ( last week). @frankrobbin please you mentioned a letter of authorization from IRCC for my spouse, how do i apply? Please gurus in the house, this delay is killing and not allowing us plan effectively. What can i do? What options do I have? My program starts in September. Please help me

Hello Everyone, i submitted my study permit application together with my family- me, husband and 2 kids- 3years and 1 year respectively on February 26th, 2021,To the glory of God despite all fears, it was approved by June 10th, 2021 but my dependents application is still yet to be finalized. is there a possibility that only mine will be approved despite indicating my intention to go with my family in my LOE?

@frankrobbn @justwise @Lekiboboe and all gurus in the house, from your experience with family applications applying together, what are the chances of approving my family's application and so far i have sent emails, raised webforms and requested GCMS notes but still no update yet. The silence is scary as i thought PPR will come together. Have you seen cases where it takes so much time apart between principal applicant and family members?

Also the written authorization stated in the IRCC website, please can it apply in this case? can i request it even though there is an ongoing/pending application.

i applied in February 26th, 2021, put in my application for NSE route but apparently it still took over 3months to process. PPR came through June 10th, 2021.

Please i need your candid advice. i applied together with my family-me, husband and 2kids- 3years and 1year respectively. Please what can i do? i have sent emails, raised webform, requested GCMS notes and still no response yet? In my LOE, i explained why i do not intend to leave my family behind, i feel since mine was approved, theirs will follow. kindly advice guys, what do you think?
