As Nigerians continue to groan over the down turn in the nation's economy, President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday assured that the current economic recession in the country will soon be a thing of the past. This is as the National Chairman of the APC, Chief John Oyegun, lampooned the opposition PDP for squandering trillions of naira when the party held sway for 10 years in the state and called on Edo people not to make the mistake of voting the PDP in Saturday's election. President Buhari gave the assurances at the All Progressives Congress, governorship grand finale rally at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, the Edo state capital. 1. Daily exercise. You brush your teeth every day; exercise is equally important for your daily routine. Turn off the TV or computer, and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. To work your heart, it's got to be aerobic exercise. You've got lots of options: walking, jogging, biking, rowing machine, elliptical machine, swimming. But don't feel like you have to be an athlete. Walking is great exercise. Get 10 minutes here and there during the day. It all counts. Start with something simple, like parking in the far corner of the parking lot -- so you get those extra steps to the door. Take the stairs one or two flights instead of the elevator. If you take public transportation, get off one stop early and walk the rest. Get out at lunch to walk. Or walk with your significant other or your spouse after work. You'll get a bonus -- relaxation and stress reduction. 2. Healthy diet. Quit eating junk food and high-fat fast food. Your heart, brain, and overall health are harmed by foods high in saturated fats, salt, and cholesterol. There's no getting around it. You've got to replace them with healthy foods: lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, olive oil -- what we call the Mediterranean diet. Eat like an Italian, a Spaniard, a Greek! Enjoy! 3. Weight loss. Too much body weight puts your health at great risk. When you take in more calories than you burn, you get fat -- it's that simple. You've got to eat less. You've got to exercise more. You've got to push yourself to make these lifestyle changes -- but you've got to do it to help avoid serious health problems like heart disease, diabetes, or stroke. 4. Regular physical exams. Tell your doctor your family medical history. Learn your personal risk factors, and the screening tests you need. Women may have mammograms to screen for breast cancer and Pap tests for cervical cancer. Men may have prostate cancer PSA tests. Routine screening for colorectal cancer should start at age 50, perhaps earlier if colon cancer runs in your family. You also need regular diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol tests. Make sure your immunizations are up to date. You may need flu and pneumonia shots, depending on your age. 5. Less stress. When a person says they're too busy to exercise, it tells me other things are crowding out what's important in life: They don't spend time with family and friends; don't exercise enough; don't eat right; don't sleep properly. All these things reduce stress in your life, and that is critical to your health and longevity. To be healthy, we need to set boundaries -- and set limits on work hours. We should not be working so hard that we're neglecting the things that keep us healthy. This is important advice, too, for people who take care of elderly parents or young children. Make sure you're getting proper exercise and sleep -- and that you're not trying to do too much. Unhealthy lifestyle. It's a common contributor of our biggest health problems: stroke, heart disease, diabetes, cancer. What do the nation's top physicians recommend to keep your heart, mind, and body in optimally good health? |
Having hope is what ends your fear that`s in your heart. Hope is something we all have within us when times get tough and rough. It is something we need to focus on, and when we do, the bad things become better, until hope makes them disappear or seem bearable. Sometimes we lose sight of hope and something shows it to us again. A person can only sustain or maintain certain pain for so long after that they will lose it mentally or physically. With hope, all things are possible. Another word for Hope to me is love and with hope and love, all things will be made possible. 1. Believe in yourself believe in yourselfIt is a common practice that people are not aware of his/her own strengths. Identify your strengths and enhance them so that you can overcome your weaknesses. Remember there is nothing Impossible if you believe you could accomplish it. Always remember the quote “TRY TRY AGAIN,TILL YOU SUCCEED”. Believing in yourself is the key to success in life. When you feel that you are not able to achieve your goals, when everything seems to be a hindrance in your path towards success, you may wonder about the key to accomplishing all your tasks and finding happiness. The key is truly intrinsic – within you. The key to all the problems is your attitude itself; your mind-set of believing in yourself. The mere lack of your belief in yourself, the cause of many failures, results in lack of confidence or self esteem. 2. Identify reasons for failure failureEveryone fails to achieve some goal, but if you learn from the failure, you will be more likely to succeed in the future. “SUCCESS” And “FAILURE” are the most important part of life and each and everyone all around have faced them. So when it’s your turn ,don’t loose Hope and face them with courage and dignity. Do remember “NO ONE IS PERFECT”. Face your fears and don’t take the easy way out by giving up. People don’t usually recover from a large failure overnight. It takes time for the emotions to heal. That doesn’t mean you’re entitled to mope though. This time is better spent going over how to do it better next time and building up your resilience. Not only will any very obvious failure soon be yesterday’s news, but if you think other people are judging you (and maybe they are, maybe they aren’t), it won’t be long before they’re too busy worrying about their own failures. 3. Be in a positive environment positiveBe surrounded by people you admire. It will be very easy for you to start believing in yourself when you are surrounded by people who have set their goals and achieved it. This is a nice way to bring out ideas about how to accomplish your goal. Walk around with a smile, and make eye contact with those you pass in the hallways. Be friendly, pleasant and nice. Talk with kindness, encouragement, civility, and respect. Ask questions before making assumptions. Be fun to work with. Listen to others with interest; and finally, don’t complain, whine or gossip. 4. Never give up never give upIndulge in those tasks you think you cannot achieve. Since you have a tendency of not believing in yourself, this process may take some time and many efforts. Give your best at any and every opportunity that you come across. Pledge to yourself that you won’t give up trying, no matter what the outcome is. Remember, any effort to improve yourself, in order to accomplish your tasks, will not be a mere waste of time. It would be a Learning Process ,you will be putting your best efforts and enhancing yourself to accomplish the task. The only valid excuse you have to give up is if you are dead. As long as you are alive (and healthy and free) you have the choice to keep trying until you finally succeed. You are stronger than you think. One little setback is not enough to stop you from achieving your goals. Neither are 10 or 100 or 1000 setbacks. Don’t ever let anybody tell you otherwise. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to have success. Keep that mindset and never give up until you reach your destination! 5. Be patient and persistent patienceGoals are set by each and every single individual but only those could accomplish them who remains persistent and have patience. This path I’m taking may be slow and it’s certainly frustrating at times, but it’s a career path that has brought me more joy than any other I’ve taken. I know I’m facing in the right direction and I’d rather move slowly along this path than quickly down the wrong path. Nothing great is ever accomplished without persistence and patience because, in order to be successful, your dreams must translate into work. The people who succeed in life are the people who are willing to do what they don’t feel like doing. They are not mastered by their moods, they are mastered by the Master, and they establish their goals and plans according to God’s will. |

Causes of Diabetes What is diabetes? Diabetes is a complex group of diseases with a variety of causes. People with diabetes have high blood glucose, also called high blood sugar or hyperglycemia. Diabetes is a disorder of metabolism—the way the body uses digested food for energy. The digestive tract breaks down carbohydrates—sugars and starches found in many foods—into glucose, a form of sugar that enters the bloodstream. With the help of the hormone insulin, cells throughout the body absorb glucose and use it for energy. Diabetes develops when the body doesn’t make enough insulin or is not able to use insulin effectively, or both. Insulin is made in the pancreas, an organ located behind the stomach. The pancreas contains clusters of cells called islets. Beta cells within the islets make insulin and release it into the blood. Drawing of a male torso showing the location of the liver and the pancreas with an enlargement of a pancreatic islet containing beta cells. Islets within the pancreas contain beta cells, which make insulin and release it into the blood. If beta cells don’t produce enough insulin, or the body doesn’t respond to the insulin that is present, glucose builds up in the blood instead of being absorbed by cells in the body, leading to prediabetes or diabetes. Prediabetes is a condition in which blood glucose levels or A1C levels—which reflect average blood glucose levels—are higher than normal but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes. In diabetes, the body’s cells are starved of energy despite high blood glucose levels. Over time, high blood glucose damages nerves and blood vessels, leading to complications such as heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, blindness, dental disease, and amputations. Other complications of diabetes may include increased susceptibility to other diseases, loss of mobility with aging, depression, and pregnancy problems. No one is certain what starts the processes that cause diabetes, but scientists believe genes and environmental factors interact to cause diabetes in most cases. The two main types of diabetes are type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. A third type, gestational diabetes, develops only during pregnancy. Other types of diabetes are caused by defects in specific genes, diseases of the pancreas, certain drugs or chemicals, infections, and other conditions. Some people show signs of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. [Top] What causes type 1 diabetes? Type 1 diabetes is caused by a lack of insulin due to the destruction of insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. In type 1 diabetes—an autoimmune disease—the body’s immune system attacks and destroys the beta cells. Normally, the immune system protects the body from infection by identifying and destroying bacteria, viruses, and other potentially harmful foreign substances. But in autoimmune diseases, the immune system attacks the body’s own cells. In type 1 diabetes, beta cell destruction may take place over several years, but symptoms of the disease usually develop over a short period of time. Type 1 diabetes typically occurs in children and young adults, though it can appear at any age. In the past, type 1 diabetes was called juvenile diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) may be a slowly developing kind of type 1 diabetes. Diagnosis usually occurs after age 30. In LADA, as in type 1 diabetes, the body’s immune system destroys the beta cells. At the time of diagnosis, people with LADA may still produce their own insulin, but eventually most will need insulin shots or an insulin pump to control blood glucose levels. Genetic Susceptibility Heredity plays an important part in determining who is likely to develop type 1 diabetes. Genes are passed down from biological parent to child. Genes carry instructions for making proteins that are needed for the body’s cells to function. Many genes, as well as interactions among genes, are thought to influence susceptibility to and protection from type 1 diabetes. The key genes may vary in different population groups. Variations in genes that affect more than 1 percent of a population group are called gene variants. Certain gene variants that carry instructions for making proteins called human leukocyte antigens (HLAs) on white blood cells are linked to the risk of developing type 1 diabetes. The proteins produced by HLA genes help determine whether the immune system recognizes a cell as part of the body or as foreign material. Some combinations of HLA gene variants predict that a person will be at higher risk for type 1 diabetes, while other combinations are protective or have no effect on risk. While HLA genes are the major risk genes for type 1 diabetes, many additional risk genes or gene regions have been found. Not only can these genes help identify people at risk for type 1 diabetes, but they also provide important clues to help scientists better understand how the disease develops and identify potential targets for therapy and prevention. Genetic testing can show what types of HLA genes a person carries and can reveal other genes linked to diabetes. However, most genetic testing is done in a research setting and is not yet available to individuals. Scientists are studying how the results of genetic testing can be used to improve type 1 diabetes prevention or treatment. Autoimmune Destruction of Beta Cells In type 1 diabetes, white blood cells called T cells attack and destroy beta cells. The process begins well before diabetes symptoms appear and continues after diagnosis. Often, type 1 diabetes is not diagnosed until most beta cells have already been destroyed. At this point, a person needs daily insulin treatment to survive. Finding ways to modify or stop this autoimmune process and preserve beta cell function is a major focus of current scientific research. Recent research suggests insulin itself may be a key trigger of the immune attack on beta cells. The immune systems of people who are susceptible to developing type 1 diabetes respond to insulin as if it were a foreign substance, or antigen. To combat antigens, the body makes proteins called antibodies. Antibodies to insulin and other proteins produced by beta cells are found in people with type 1 diabetes. Researchers test for these antibodies to help identify people at increased risk of developing the disease. Testing the types and levels of antibodies in the blood can help determine whether a person has type 1 diabetes, LADA, or another type of diabetes. Environmental Factors Environmental factors, such as foods, viruses, and toxins, may play a role in the development of type 1 diabetes, but the exact nature of their role has not been determined. Some theories suggest that environmental factors trigger the autoimmune destruction of beta cells in people with a genetic susceptibility to diabetes. Other theories suggest that environmental factors play an ongoing role in diabetes, even after diagnosis. Viruses and infections. A virus cannot cause diabetes on its own, but people are sometimes diagnosed with type 1 diabetes during or after a viral infection, suggesting a link between the two. Also, the onset of type 1 diabetes occurs more frequently during the winter when viral infections are more common. Viruses possibly associated with type 1 diabetes include coxsackievirus B, cytomegalovirus, adenovirus, rubella, and mumps. Scientists have described several ways these viruses may damage or destroy beta cells or possibly trigger an autoimmune response in susceptible people. For example, anti-islet antibodies have been found in patients with congenital rubella syndrome, and cytomegalovirus has been associated with significant beta cell damage and acute pancreatitis––inflammation of the pancreas. Scientists are trying to identify a virus that can cause type 1 diabetes so that a vaccine might be developed to prevent the disease. Infant feeding practices. Some studies have suggested that dietary factors may raise or lower the risk of developing type 1 diabetes. For example, breastfed infants and infants receiving vitamin D supplements may have a reduced risk of developing type 1 diabetes, while early exposure to cow’s milk and cereal proteins may increase risk. More research is needed to clarify how infant nutrition affects the risk for type 1 diabetes. Read more in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) publication National Diabetes Statistics Report, 2014 at www.cdc.govExternal Link Disclaimer for information about research studies related to type 1 diabetes. |
Saraki: How the messy past haunts the moment saraki-sadThe tremulous pressure oozing from nooks and crannies against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki can pass him as one of the most disturbed Senate President Nigeria has ever had. History was. however, set to reckon him as such. The son of late Abubakar Saraki of blessed memory who is a benefactor of his father’s political dynasty has unarguably played into the murky waters of Nigerian politics for sure. His emergence as Senate President on June 29th had let loose hierarchy of demons who have refused to leave him alone to preside over Nigeria’s 8th Assembly, thus, he has been moving from one Court to the other, battling with cases and sometimes the National Assembly has to close down against legislative timetable because he must appear in person. That happened on September 16th and November 21st, when Justice Danladi Umar’s led Code of Conduct Tribunal asked that he be produced in person having lost injunctions at appeal court in an attempt to stop the Order, to defend himself. None of these legal fireworks ever ended in his favour, thereby creating a woe situation of things for him. This has negatively affected his coordination of plenaries as the sagacity with which he is to manage the Assembly was yet to be seen. For instance, on the 21st of September, 2015 when he had to unavoidably confront a litmus test of an envisaged stormy but controversial screening notably because of a well publicised Amaechi saga, expectedly, Saraki would have acquainted himself with relevant laws (Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended) and extant laws – Standing rules of the Senate which is an instrument used to coordinate legislative activities into a workable system. But to the consternation of all discerning minds, and in the face of stiff opposition to Amaechi’s screening by the minority leader, Godswill Akpabio, Saraki was bereft of invoking the necessary sections of standing rules so as to rule Akpabio out of order. It was Senator Omoworare that later did the job, but before then, the red Chambers had become a theater of confusion before PDP Senators staged a walkout, something that never happened before. It falls within the purview of this assertion that Mr. Senate President should retreat to read all relevant instruments, package himself psychologically and be in his frame of mind to traverse with precision the art and science of governing plenary. Saraki’s trouble stand on tripod: (1) 13-count charges of corruption, false declaration of anticipatory assets and abuse of office where he enriched himself against public trust, (2) managing his opposition colleagues – the Peoples Democratic Party Senators on whose back he rode to Senate Presidency, and, (3) those of his APC households who prefer Senator Ahmed Lawan as Senate President to him. They swore to take his pound of flesh and to see him (Saraki) fall like an Iroko tree. What obviously played out regarding Amaechi, was conflict of interests that eventually define Saraki’s loyalty and for doing what he did after all were said, he deserves to be applauded. Standing between the devil and deep blue sea, Saraki’s plea and show of magnanimity to the camp of Lawan to sooth Sword was continually seen as an aberration and the body language of the way he is treated. But the Saraki we know will not succumb to the coward’s alternative by throwing in the towel Midway. Once again, the Appeal Court has thrown out his case “suo motu”, and said the Code of Conduct Tribunal has jurisdiction to try him. He might have not envisioned as at 2003, that trauma would be waiting in the wings on account of those weighty allegations been pounded by CCT. What he should stop doing at this moment is not the retinue of Senators on empathy once he is to go to the Tribunal, for mere empathy has no impact on the force of law in trial of this matter, but to get set to defend himself so as to maintain the integrity of office he currently occupies. He should let go the impression of putting number three man in the dock which used to be considered as an aberration and a sacrilege in the past, but brace up with the reality of today’s change mantra where administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 has criminalised false declaration of assets |

Breast cancer is probably as bad as AIDS because fear, dread and other negative thoughts immediately come to mind when these two words are uttered. Although, there is no cure yet, the following tips can lower your risk of breast cancer. Have a regular breast self-exam reminder- One of the easiest ways to catch a tumor early is by relying on a monthly breast self-exam, to be performed by your or a partner. However, you have to remember to take the self-exam, hence the need for the reminder, it could be on your smartphone or manual calendar.Image result for breast cancer Know your family history- In order to prevent this disease, you have to learn your family history. This way you know what your chances are. This tip also applies to other diseases like Diabetes and so on. Testing for women whose relatives have suffered from early breast cancer, cancer in both breasts or other.Image result for family history of breast cancer Adopt a healthy lifestyle- The benefits of exercising and a healthy diet, apart from weight loss, include preventing breast cancer. Nutrition and fitness guidelines laid down by the American Cancer Society recommend keeping a lean body weight while chowing down on 2.5 cups of fruits and vegetables per day. Reduce/stop your vices- Vices like drinking and smoking can increase your chances of having breast cancer. This is probably due to the fact that some studies have discovered that alcohol increases estrogen in the body. In fact, one 2011 study even indicated it only took three to six glasses of wine per week to up the risk of breast cancer by 15 percent. Concerning smoking, a research team in 2014 linked the consumption of a pack each day for 10 years to an upped risk of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. Participants were women between the ages of 20 and 44, meaning tobacco’s effect takes hold early. |
The Rivers State Election Petition Tribunal sacked Nyesom Wike as governor of Rivers State on Saturday and ordered a fresh poll. The tribunal, headed by Suleiman Ambrosa, delivered its ruling in Abuja. It did not give a time limit for a new election to be conducted, possibly because the judgment could be appealed by the respondents. Mr. Wike and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, said they would challenge the ruling. Related Post The petition challenging the election of Mr. Wike as Rivers governor was filed by Dakuku Peterside, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the election. The Rivers governorship election, which was criticised by local and international observers, witnessed widespread violence before and after the elections. The presiding judge, Mr. Ambrosa, said the petitioners, Mr. Peterside and the APC, called 56 witnesses, while the respondents, Mr. Wike and INEC, called 24 and 16 witnesses respectively. The PDP, also a respondent, called no witness. The petitioners submitted three issues for determination. According to the tribunal, Governor Wike’s major argument was that most of the petitioners’ witnesses gave “hearsay” evidence. He also argued that the petitioners should have proven wrongdoing at each polling unit, instead of calling only a few polling units agents. Mr. Wike also argued that non-usage of card readers could not be grounds for nullifying the election. The PDP argued that the petitioners accused the military of crimes, but did not join the armed forces in the case. The party also argued that non-usage of card readers could not be grounds of nullification of the election. The APC candidate, Mr. Peterside, said the election was marred by intimidation of voters, non-availability of result sheets, snatching of electoral materials, non-collation of results at wards and local government levels. In reaching a decision, the tribunal adopted only one issue for determination – whether the petitioners had proven their case. The tribunal dismissed preliminary issues concerning its competence raised by the respondents. It concluded that the evidence of the petitioners’ witnesses were relevant and reliable. It ruled that INEC had the power to insist on card readers. “It is not open to anybody to act otherwise,” the tribunal chairman, Mr. Ambrosa, said. “We don’t see any conflict between the introduction of card readers and the provisions of the Electoral Act.” According to the tribunal, Exhibit A9 presented by the petitioners, which is a report by the head of election monitoring team of INEC office in Rivers State, Charles Okoye, confirmed the allegations of the petitioners. He said a simple glance at the results (Exhibit A10) showed that the election was not conducted in substantial compliance with the Electoral Act. The tribunal said the character of witnesses called by Mr. Wike had been impugned under cross-examination. Mr. Wike’s witnesses dodged questions under cross-examination and refused to answer questions on documents the petitioners confronted them with, the tribunal stated. “We are in agreement that the evidence of the witnesses of Wike and INEC is incredible and unreliable,” the tribunal said, before nullifying the election, saying the petitioners had proven their case. |

How to Avoid Junk Foods Junk food can have a terrible effect on your body. There are countless cases of people eating themselves to obesity. Why do they do this? Think of it like a drug: It makes them feel better in the moment, so they forget the future costs. Consider this piece of information published on the health site Mercola, quoting a Yahoo! News piece. "Research has shown that almost one-third of the U.S. diet consists of sugar-filled cans of soda and bags of potato chips." So how do you stop doing eating bad foods? Dieting is never easy, no matter what certain infomercials say. However, there are painless ways to diet and avoid junk foods. Start by understanding why you like them so much. Other People Are Reading How to Teach Kids About Healthy EatingHow to Teach Kids About Healthy Eating What Happens to Your Body When You Eat Junk Food? What Happens to Your Body When You Eat Junk Food? Instructions Understand your thinking. Maybe chocolate does help your mental thinking for a moment. It’s apt to make you smile. So how do you avoid junk foods like chocolate? Find healthier eating escapes at all times of the day as junk food eating is often based on impulse. Bread is good and you can add peanut butter to have a healthy, high protein snack that can replace a chocolate candy bar. Act. Do you find yourself eating late at night? This actually isn’t a bad thing; the myth of eating late at night and gaining weight has been discounted in many studies. But what are you eating? Are you more apt to go to the ice cream carton to fill up? You can stop this junk food habit by either deciding to cut out late night eating or replace the food you eat with healthy alternatives, such as fruits or even a large glass of water to fill you up. Yogurt is a good alternative to ice cream. Cookies can be traded in for the popular “100 Calorie” snack packs. Look to canned fruits next, which are much healthier than downing ice cream and potato chips. A nice vegetable mix can do wonders for your health. Look at the sodium contents of vegetables, because certain products like creamed corn are far from vegetables. Consider the costs. Obesity can lead to countless health problems at the cost of your quality of life and even your life itself. The monetary cost of junk foods adds up, too. A good strategy is to write down your expenditures on junk foods from morning to night: That candy bar cost you a dollar, the bag of chips a few more, a half a carton of ice cream and so on. This financial reminder gives you another reason to quit. Bread and butter is far cheaper and healthier than consistently downing soda, sugar and bags of chips. Often, if you choose the right foods, you will be saving money from the start. Other escapes. There are other escapes for you to do than snack. So how do you avoid filling your spare time with junk food? Junk food addiction is a battle of the mind in many ways, and where you think you need something, you really don’t. Read a book, do a craft, go for a walk, talk on the phone or write in a journal when you would usually head to the pantry. Defeating impulses. The last hurdle is fighting the impulse. If you sense an impulse coming, examine it as you would any other irrational thought. Will this item truly make you happy? The next time you decide to take one box of cookies to bed, consider this strategy of eating right. Avoid your impulses—they are the enemy. Junk foods may hurt your wallet, but high starch and saturated fat does more than just add to your belly—they tend to lower life spans. |
Nigeria: World Food Day - Stakeholders Call for More Investment in Agriculture Stakeholders in the agriculture sector have called on the Federal Government to invest more in the sector for increased food production and direct access to food. They made the call in separate interviews with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Friday to mark 2015 World Food Day. Dr Tunde Arosanyin, the National Technical Adviser, All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), said that most of the world's poor and hungry people today belonged to rural families who depended on agriculture for their daily livelihood. "Government needs to invest heavily in agriculture by increasing its budget from the current eight per cent to at least 20 per cent to make food available for rural dwellers. "Presently, the vacuum created in our agricultural practice as a nation has led to social security challenges all over the country such as the Boko Haram, kidnapping and cattle rustling." He added that the challenges needed to be addressed to allow farmers to farm, stating that "you do not expect farmers to be in farm while they are being attacked on a daily basis". Arosanyin said that unstable policies were also part of the constraints militating against food security attainment in the country. |

Niger Delta varsity, poorly funded – ASU The Zonal Coordinator, Academic Staff Union of Universities, Port Harcourt Zone, Prof. Beke Sese, has decried the poor funding of the Bayelsa State-owned Niger Delta University, Amassomma. Sese, a former ASUU Chairman at the university and lecturer in the Faculty of Sciences, stated this in a telephone interview on Monday. He noted that due to the poor funding, many of the programmes run by the institution had yet to obtain the National Universities Commission’s accreditation. Sese said, “The biggest problem of the NDU is the issue of poor funding. The university is languishing under the neglect of the government in providing adequate funding. “There is also the problem of accreditation. Some of its programmes have not received accreditation while others have partial accreditation. What the university needs is adequate funding to provide basic manpower and materials for various programmes to be able to scale through the accreditation process. “In a nutshell, the university is not receiving the kind of funding it is supposed to receive for accreditation. We will not stop crying out until the issue is addressed.” |

Success comes only to those who dare.” Four hundred and thirty-five persons passed out on the occasion with 170 of them graduating second-class upper division, while 175 others obtained second-class lower division. |
How to Prevent Premature Ejaculation Premature ejaculation (PE), also known as rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax or early ejaculation is the most common sexual dysfunction in men younger than 40 years. Sex experts and therapists who treat premature ejaculation define this condition as the occurrence of ejaculation prior to the wishes of both sexual partners. It is a frustrating situation for both unsatisfied partners. Premature Ejaculation Cure Male Enhancement Lubricant Male Enhancement Lubricant Enlast is a brand new topical lubricant designed for men and women to immediately increase sensitivity and pleasure, and give a more intense and satisfying sexual experience. Enlast is gently massaged into the skin resulting in a well lubricated and warming sensation that enhances pleasure and sexuality with unique and powerful herbal stimulants. Libido Enhancer Libido Enhancer Velvet Deer Antler has been used in oriental medicine for centuries to increase sexual desire and performance. Deer antler velvet contains many substances including amino acids, minerals, proteins, anti-inflammatory peptides, hormones, gangliosides and glycosaminoglycans, and Insulin-like Growth Factor-1. Natural Ways to Prevent Premature Ejaculation Strengthen your muscles Strengthen your Kegel muscles—the ones that stop your urine flow midstream. Flex them wherever and whenever you can, working up to 200 reps a day. After a few months, you should be able to delay ejaculation with a simple squeeze. Open conversation Talk to your partner. An open conversation can ease any feelings of embarrassment. Variety of sexual positions Change your sexual positions frequently during intercourse; this will help in delay gratification. Try a position that minimizes thrusting, like those where your partner is on top. Methods to Prevent Premature Ejaculation Stop-Start Method The stop-start method is a technique to control ejaculatory reflexes and to better understand and measure sensations from sexual stimulation. For this method, the partner stimulates the man until the man instructs the partner to stop before ejaculating is inevitable. When he feels like he has regained control, the partner will continue stimulation until he instructs the stimulation to cease. After this cycle is repeated three times, the man is allowed to achieve orgasm on the fourth cycle. In this technique, a progression steadily rises so that the degree of stimulation increases each time, culminating in intercourse. This method requires a partner's cooperation but has been successful for a couple's mutual benefit. Masters and Johnson's Squeeze Method This method is developed by Masters and Johnson. The squeeze method describes stimulating the man to the brink of ejaculation. When the man feels the onset of orgasm, he squeezes his penis hard enough to inhibit ejaculation and to partially lose erection. Practicing this technique allows the man to successfully gauge his sexual response and determine the amount of stimulation he requires to orgasm so he will be better prepared during intercourse or sexual activity. A steady progression of practicing this technique manually to motionless intercourse and finally to intercourse was reported to be successful in 98% of those who perfected the technique. Foods Which Prevent Premature Ejaculation Diet is an important factor to boost your sexual stamina. The patient should adopt a fresh fruit diet. Take fresh fruits and fresh fruit juice twice daily. Concentrate on food like nut, cereals, vegetables, fruits, milk, honey etc. Many health experts agree that if you eat meals twice a day that include only fruits, you can avoid premature ejaculation during sex. Avoid smoking, alcohol, tea, coffee all processed canned refined and denatured foods especially white sugar and white flour and products made from them. |
Premature Ejaculation Guide What is premature ejaculation? Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration. It happens with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person wishes. It may result in unsatisfactory sex for both partners. This can increase the anxiety that may add to the problem. It is one of the most common forms of male sexual dysfunction. It has probably affected every man at some point in his life. What causes premature ejaculation? Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner. It may happen only in certain sexual situations or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can also cause it. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. What are the symptoms? The main symptom is an uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after intercourse begins. Ejaculation occurs before the person wishes it, with minimal sexual stimulation. How is premature ejaculation diagnosed? Your doctor will discuss your medical and sexual history with you. He or she will do a thorough physical exam. Your doctor may want to talk to your partner also. Premature ejaculation can have many causes. So your doctor may order lab tests to rule out any other medical problem. How is it treated? In many cases premature ejaculation gets better on its own over time. Treatment may not be needed. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. For some men, stopping or cutting down on the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs may improve how well they can control ejaculation. Your doctor may recommend that you and your partner practice certain techniques to help delay ejaculation. For example, you may learn to identify and control the sensations that lead up to ejaculation. And you may learn to communicate with your partner to slow or stop stimulation. You can try using a condom to reduce sensation to the penis. Or you can try a different position (such as lying on your back) during intercourse. Counseling or behavioral therapy may help reduce anxiety related to premature ejaculation. |

How To Change Your Attitude 1 How to Change Your Attitude The best advice that I could give anyone, other than God's plan of salvation, is to answer the question: " How can I constructively change my thought pattern? " God's Word tells us that you can change your habits and be released from your reactions to circumstances that happen to you. You do not have to be impatient, depressed, angry, or entertain imaginations that are harmful. However, you must first recognize your need for changing your attitude. Proverbs 4:23 states, " 'Watch over your heart with all diligence for from it flows the springs of life! " In Psalm 119:9, a young person asks the question, " How can I keep my ways pure? " and God's answer is, " By living according to God's Word! " Which means, to allow God's Word to change our way of thinking, to allow it to affect our conduct. It means to begin to put into practice the principles which are found in God's Word. One translations simply states, " Fill your mind with God's Word. " King James translates this verse as, " Thy Word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against Thee ." Romans 12:2, " Offer yourselves as a livi ng sacrifice to God - holy, and pleasing to God - which is your spiritual worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind ." The 6th chapter of Romans describes the PROVISION which God has provided for us. This chapter teaches that " We are delivered from sin ." Let me read a few verses from this 6th chapter of Romans: Look at verse 6, " Our old self is crucified with Him, so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless. Verse 14 declares, " Sin shall not be your master! " Verse 18 teaches, " You have been set free from sin. " Romans 6 describes our provision! A provision has been made to that we might overcome the power of sin. The 7th chapter of Romans discloses a picture of our struggle with sin. Look at verse 19, " What I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do - this I keep on doing! " Verse 21 says, " When I want to do good, evil is right there with me ." Verse 22, continues, " For in my inner being I delight in God's law ." Verse 23 proceeds, " But I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members ." Verse 24 carries on, " What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? " Verse 25 answers the question by exclaiming, " Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. The quesiton is, " How do I get the power of chapter 6 into my life? " Chapter 7, after picturing our struggle with sin, verse 26 concludes by saying, " So then, with my mind I myself serve the law of God ." Romans 8 repeats over and over the phrase, " Setting the mind " Let me read verses 5 through 7 of the 8th chapter of Romans, " Those who are according to the flesh [that is, they are living according to the flesh] is because they set their minds on the things of the flesh. However, those who are according to the Spirit [they are living according to the Spirit] is because they How To Change Your Attitude 2 have set their minds on the things of the Spirit. Because the mind that is set on the flesh, brings death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace. " ( WHY?) Because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God ." I'll give you one more Scripture than I'll put it all together. Philippians 4:8, " Fix your thoughts on what is true, good and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely. Dwell on the fine, good things in others. Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about ." The whole concept presented is " Fix your thoughts! " This is a command which requires a response of our " will ." God's command is, " Set your mind on these things ." Our thought pattern is so ingrained within us that it is impossible for us to change. Satan knows how to get us to " set our minds " his way and, before we realize it, our ol d thought pattern is off and running. We need to ask God to " Alert us, by the power of the Holy Spirit, the moment a negative thought pattern begins ." And, when God does " alert us , " then we become responsible to " set our thoughts ." God will not do what He has told us to do. Even though God makes available all the power and resources we need to carry out His command, we are responsible to make the choice of carrying out His Word. Let me illustrate. Out in California, years ago, rain would come cascading down a mountainside, ruining fertile soil and farmlands. The water, draining down the mountainside, created rivulets. Each time it rained the water would cut these ravines deeper and deeper, until finally the rain cut great chasms into the mountainside and fertile soil is lost. Our thought pattern is much the same. All the experience of our life, everything thing that we have ever done, or even thought about, is programmed into our brain. As we live, our thoughts begin to run along a certain pattern and they become stronger and deeper, until they are ingrained into the very plastic cells of our brain and become a part of our makeup. We " react " in a certain way to the circumstances, which happen to us. Our thought pattern has been reinforced until a certain habit is formed. Without even thinking, we react, automatically, in a certain manner to whatever happens to us. Let's return to our illustration of the rain cascading down the mountainside. Men, in order to preserve mountainsides and farmland, build dams to stop the rain from flowing down the mountainside. That's what we must do with our thought life. We must build a dam in our mind. God has told us that we are to say " no " to certain thoughts, to stop their flow in our mind! However, we must realize that building a dam is not enough. To save the mountainside and farm lands, there must also be " water control ," in order to re-direct the flow of the water. We, too, must provide a new course of th inking. Just suppressing our thoughts is not enough. We must re-direct our thought life. To illustrate: Ephesians 4:28 says, " Let him that stole, steal not more" . . . (however, the verse continues to say) . . . "let him labor with his hands that which is good ." For a thief to stop How To Change Your Attitude 3 stealing isn’t enough; he must also learn to labor with his hands. This passage of Scripture goes on to say that " Liars must stop lying, but also they must learn to start telling the truth ." The point is, that there is a NEGATIVE PART , the thief is to say " no! " to his destructive habit of stealing (that's building the dam). The one who lied, is now to say " no! " to lying. However, there is also the POSITIVE SIDE , the thief is to get a job and start earning honest money (The one who lied is to learn to tell the truth) Only then, is the progress of changing complete! Our negative thoughts is dealt with by an act of our will. We must choose to stop this negative thought pattern . However, in order for our thought pattern to be complete, we must, also, choose to replace our thoughts with corresponding, constructive, action, thoughts, creating good habits. Two things must happen: 1. We must build a dam in our mind, refusing to allow any wrong thoughts to remain in our mind. 2. We must redirect the flow of our thought pattern by developing a new way of thinking. This, of course, takes God's power within our lives, however , it also takes an act of our will . God never takes away our " will power. " We must choose to fulfill God's commands. God will give us the spiritual power and ability, but we must choose to do His will. Colossians 3:2 commands us to, " Set our minds on things above ." God commands us to do it! He will give us all the ability and help we need, but we must do it. Verse 5, continues, " Put to death whatever belongs to your earthly nature . Again, it is something that WE must decide to do. By God's help, WE must decide to get rid of our evil desires. God does the work, but we must make the choice. Verse 12 teaches, " Put on . . . " This is redirecting our thoughts into a healthy, positive way of thinking. Many attempt to change their thought life by just building a dam, but that is not enough, we must also, " put on new wholesome thoughts. Colossians 2:5 teaches us to " Put to death this old nature of yours, " however, it will not die, naturally . It requires continual action on our part. Every time our old thought pattern raises its head, we must " put it to death ." The more times we put a wrong thought to death, and put a new thought in its place, the less our thoughts tend to flow in the wrong direction. |
The Nigeria Football Federation have expressed shock at the death of ace journalist, Felix Okugbe, who passed on at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital on Friday night. Chairman of the Edo State Football Association and a close friend of Okugbe, Mr. Frank Ilaboya, told thenff.com on Saturday that Okugbe had travelled to India for spine infection surgery, which was successful. However, he later developed complications, after returning to Nigeria about two weeks ago. “He was rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital on Monday, and when his condition deteriorated on Wednesday, he was placed on oxygen. The family wishes to commend the management and consultants at LASUTH for a tremendous job they did to try and keep him alive, but he gave up on Friday night,” Ilaboya told the NFF official website. NFF President Amaju Pinnick, who is in Belgium for the Super Eagles’ friendly match against Cameroon on Sunday, expressed sorrow over Okugbe’s passing. “He was no doubt one of the most resourceful, dedicated and gifted journalists around. He had real passion for the job. I spoke to him while he was in India for the surgery and I thought all was well with him again. “It is a sad situation, but we pray that God Almighty will grant him eternal rest and also grant the family he has left behind the fortitude to bear the loss.” Okugbe, 51, left behind a wife and three children. Burial plans will be announced by his family. |

Dos and Don’ts of Starting a Business Many different issues must be considered when starting a small business. It is important to plan properly and avoid common pitfalls. As you determine whether or not to start a business, consider ASBTDC’s suggested dos and don’ts of starting a small business. Dos Do consider risk versus reward. Business ownership is a balance between the reward of success and the risk of failure. Each individual must define success and consider how much risk is tolerable. Do take the time to write a good business plan. It is very important not to skip this step or rush through it. The time you spend planning before you open your business will pay off in the long run. Do understand that starting and operating a small business is extremely time consuming and can be very stressful. Do keep in mind that a new business can be very demanding on your personal financial resources. If you are having trouble making ends meet personally, starting a business will likely make the situation worse. Remember, the new business owner is the last person to get paid and often does not get paid. Do pay your taxes. State and federal tax agencies assess heavy penalties for late payments and can file liens, seize assets, or even close the business if taxes are not paid. As a business owner, you must be knowledgeable about your tax responsibilities. Do understand the government regulations that affect your industry (OSHA, EPA, FDA, DHHS, etc.) as well as the costs associated with complying with the rules and regulations. Do have a clearly defined target market. Understanding your potential customers will help you in determining the demand for your product or service and enable you to develop a more successful marketing strategy. Do be prepared to use your own money to start your business. Most businesses are started with money from personal savings, family, or friends. Keep in mind that lenders are usually not willing to loan you all of the money needed to start the business. Do determine whether or not your business idea is feasible before going into business. Developing a business plan which includes financial projections is essential in determining the feasibility of your business idea. Do consider working with professionals such as an accountant, bookkeeping service, and/or an attorney as part of the cost of doing business and include those costs in your budget. Most people who avoid the expense of using professionals for specialized services make mistakes that cost them both time and money in the long run. Do determine the types of records you will have to keep for tax purposes as well as for management control before you start the business. Do have your bookkeeping system in place before you open your business. Consider working with your accountant to help you establish that system. Don’ts Don’t assume the financing process will go quickly. Allow plenty of time to obtain financing. Keep in mind that obtaining a business loan is more involved than obtaining a personal loan. Don’t underestimate the costs of starting and operating a new business. It is important to obtain actual price quotes related to starting and operating a business. Don’t just estimate! Don’t over project sales. A common mistake is to be overly optimistic regarding expected sales levels in the first year of operation. Keep in mind that it often takes longer than expected to build sales. Therefore, it is important to be conservative. Don’t forget to budget for adequate working capital for your new business. The cost of starting a business isn’t limited to the actual costs for equipment, inventory, fixtures, etc. You will also need to make sure you have enough funds for operating expenses as you build the business. Don’t underestimate the length of time it takes for a business to be ready to open. This is especially true if construction is involved or specialized equipment must be ordered. Keep this in mind when determining the amount of funds required. Don’t underestimate the competition. Many new businesses too narrowly define their competition and don’t really understand the number of businesses that are competing for their potential customers. Be sure to consider both direct and indirect competition. Don’t underestimate the amount of marketing (and time) required to build a customer base in a new business. You must develop a good marketing plan in order to reach your market and convince them to purchase your goods/services. Don’t assume there is demand for your product or service. You must research whether or not adequate demand for your product or service exists. Don’t assume that you can obtain a grant to start your business. Small business grants are scarce. To our knowledge, there is no grant money available for starting a small business. For more information on grants, review our Small Business Grants page. Don’t assume you will be able to obtain a loan. Obtaining a loan to start a new business can be challenging. Don’t use all of your personal resources to start your business now and assume you’ll get a loan later for the rest of the money you need once you get the doors open. Keep in mind there is never a guarantee that you’ll be able to obtain a loan. In addition, lenders often view this situation as poor planning. Don’t sign leases or contracts before financing is in place unless those agreements are contingent upon receiving financing. Don’t assume that your workers can be independent contractors. Many small business owners assume they’ll save money by classifying workers as independent contractors rather than employees. However, this determination is based on IRS guidelines. Misclassification can result in significant financial liabilities. Don’t underestimate the value of employer-provided benefits such as insurance and leave time if you are currently employed. Many people believe that they can make more money on their own rather than working for someone else. However, you must calculate the costs of supplying your own benefits, for example, when considering whether or not to own your own business. Don’t rely on positive comments by friends and family to determine if you have a good idea for a business. These comments are rarely honest feedback and are based on assumptions rather than research and fact. Don’t depend on someone else to write your business plan. This is your business. Once you have a basic plan in writing, seek an outside evaluation or review of that plan. |

A Dinamo Zagreb player failed a drug test after the club’s Champions League victory over Arsenal. Arijan Ademi played 90 minutes in his side’s 2-1 victory in Zagreb and his club has confirmed that Uefa have opened disciplinary proceedings against the 24-year-old. In a statement the club said: “Our players are constantly under doping control, especially during the Uefa competitions, and this is the first time we are facing a situation like this one. “We are surprised because Ademi was selected for doping control six times this year and results were negative every time, as well as results of every other player who was selected for doping control by Uefa or Croatian Anti-Doping Agency. Read more Revealed: Slaven Bilic advised Dinamo Zagreb on how to beat Arsenal “During a disciplinary procedure GNK Dinamo nor the player are not allowed to make any statement. We will inform you about the progress of this situation.” Article 12 of Uefa’s anti-doping policy requires two players from the same team to be found doping before sanctions are taken against the team, meaning the result is currently not under question. |
Oliseh: Ahmed Musa is my captain Oliseh: Ahmed Musa is my captain Ahmed Musa is Eagles new skipper by Samm Audu Wednesday Oct 07, 2015. 08:34 Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh has announced his new captain is Ahmed Musa because he is building the Super Eagles for the future. READ: Oliseh, Enyeama in major fall-out over captaincy There was a major fall-out between Oliseh and Vincent Enyeama as concerns the Eagles captaincy on Tuesday night in Belgium. However, Oliseh insisted he has named CSKA Moscow forward Ahmed Musa as the Eagles new skipper. “There is no captain tussle - Nigeria going forward, I need a player who is regular in the team and it is Ahmed Musa, who did a great job in Tanzania under very difficult circumstances,” he said in a radio interview Wednesday morning. “He is the captain of the team, not somebody who is thinking of retirement. “A captain has to lead by example. We are not here to build stars. “If you don’t conform to what I am trying to do, we will be friends, but we will be friends from afar.” He added: “There has been a new government and the President has picked new ministers. And that is what I have also done.” Ahmed Musa made his Eagles debut against Madagascar in Calabar in 2011 and he first captained the team in a friendly against South Africa in March. |
Nigeria: NFF Rejects N2 Million Medical Bill From Injured Falcons Player, Ofoegbu Tagged: The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has turned down what it described as 'outrageous' N2 million medical bills presented by injured Rivers Angels and Super Falcons full back, Gloria Ofoegbu. Ofoegbu has been in the news since last week following claims in some quarters that she was abandoned by the NFF after her injury. The Guardian learnt yesterday that the player shocked officials of the NFF on Monday when she presented a medical bill of N2 million from a private hospital in Port Harcourt. An official of the NFF told The Guardian yesterday that the soccer body suspected foul play in the process and has rejected the bill. "She brought N2 million medical bill signed by a private hospital, which to us, is outrageous," the official said. "We decided to give her N500,000, but she refused. In the first place, it is team doctors that recommend to the NFF on steps to take concerning injury of players. "In the case of Gloria Ofoegbu, our physiotherapist has just confirmed to us that the injury she is claiming has been there for the past five years. They carried out an MRI test on Ofoegbu, while she was playing for the U-20 team, and the doctor says it was an arthritis, which cannot be operated at this stage of her career. Some of these players lie so much on their age just to enable them feature for the junior team and that seems to be playing out now. "But the physio has forwarded the medical report they carried out on Ofoegbu to the NFF and everything will soon come to the open," the official said. Meanwhile, another NFF official claimed yesterday that those calling for the head of the Chairman of Nigeria Women Football League, Mrs. Dilichukwu Onyedinma, over Ofoegbu's injury, are only looking for a way to 'rubbish' her effort because they feel she is responsible for the sack of former Falcons coach, Edwin Okon (head coach of Rivers Angels). "The truth is that Okon failed in Canada and the NFF felt there was no need keeping him. Dili was still in Canada when the decision was taken," the official said. |
How well did Oliseh handle Enyeama crisis? How well did Oliseh handle Enyeama crisis? Enyeama, Oliseh - No longer at ease Wednesday Oct 07, 2015. 11:14 Has the managerial inexperience of Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh now caused a huge rift and disaffection in his dressing room following the way and manner he handled the Vincent Enyeama drama on Tuesday night in Belgium? The official clarification simply said “a little misunderstanding” in the Eagles camp has been “resolved”. But that is far from the truth. READ: Oliseh says Ahmed Musa is captain READ: Enyeama, Oliseh in major fall-out READ: Oliseh, pocket your ego warns ex-Eagles chief The bone of contention was the Eagles captaincy and Oliseh was to inform Enyeama he was no longer captain of his team and that Ahmed Musa will now wear the captain’s arm band. The Eagles coach did so at a team meeting during which he shouted down on the Lille shot stopper and even threatened to call in security to restrain a very agitated Enyeama. It is a badly kept secret that Enyeama’s international future has been under serious scrutiny since the drama that preceded a 2017 AFCON qualifier in Kaduna in June. Enyeama had expressed fears over the safety of Kaduna to stage this match at a time the activities of the terrorist organisation Boko Haram were becoming a lot more daring and deadly in the northern part of the country where Kaduna is situated and which has also been hit by the terrorists. He was subsequently queried and at the height of indiscipline he tore the query right in front of the NFF general secretary who dared to sign such a document. He was then invited by the NFF disciplinary committee to state his own defence and he failed to turn up, arguing that he did not get the invitation in time. The bad blood between the NFF and Enyeama degenerated to the pages of the newspapers and as one official told AfricanFootball.com, the NFF opted for an internal resolution of this gross misconduct so as not to add more fuel to the fire. But privately, it was agreed that Enyeama must face the music with recommendations that he be stripped of the captaincy and possibly banned from the national team. This position appeared to be a reasonable one when the goalkeeper stayed away from the team’s AFCON qualifier in Tanzania in September. It was later learnt he lost his mother and so his absence. It seemed all had been forgiven and forgotten when Enyeama joined the team’s training camp in Belgium on Tuesday just days after he had buried his mother. One would have expected Oliseh to have called in Enyeama to first inform him that his new captain is Ahmed Musa and not to try and play the big boss by chiding him like a little boy and putting him down in a team meeting. That singular act must have crushed Enyeama’s ego and it did not stop there as he was bluntly told he would not be allowed to talk at this meeting. Despite his gross misconduct in June, Enyeama has served Nigeria with distinction and so it was not much of a surprise he is the country’s most capped international with 101 appearances. He was one of the main reasons Nigeria won a third AFCON in South Africa two years ago and his heroics ensured the Eagles reached the knockout rounds of last year’s World Cup for only the third time in their history. Would the disgraceful drama in Belgium had played out had Carl Ikeme not been discovered last month? |
